They open early, so I went there. I waited 75 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. Should have just waited for Walgreens to open.

The employees are super helpful and friendly as can be. I go in the store often and I don't remember ever seeing it a mess. Each employee is always working and organizing things

a worker here was VERY disrespectful and rude. told me and my friend that our parents didnt raise us right and made us purchase something we were trying out ( let me say that it was spray hair dye that was already open) keep in mind we barely used any. she snatched it from my friends hand and continued to talk about how we were childish. ANY worker should not talk to their customers like that, no matter the situation.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. I understand shortages and things being on back order— but I don’t understand how or why a pharmacist doesn’t notify his/her customers immediately after running out of the customers medications (especially when the medications you’re out of are controlled substances and can not be transferred without prescribers approval). ESPECIALLY when this pharmacy won’t physically allow you to pick up your medication until the day OF your last dose. Which is also on a Friday, so conveniently. Called the pharmacist and spoke with her and she could obviously care less and seemed bothered that I was even asking such a relevant question, like why wasn’t I notified? these people don’t even care.

The drive thru service here is terrible. Inside pharmacy service seems to be a little better better. Most of the pharmacy techs are not very helpful.

They don’t answer the phone EVER! Can be on hold 30 min or longer and still no one will answer. It’s ridiculous!

Terrible service at this pharmacy. I have had 1 refill filled but not given to me. Found that out when i came in 2 days later and the lady said as much. Wait times are terrible. Have to call to start the process of getting a prescription filled that is sent by my doc . In doing that, its a 30 - 40 minute wait for them to answer, and 4 hours later it still isn't filled.. This place isnt worth my time. Im moving my perscriptions to a less convenient location, because i could go to Owensboro and back in the time required to pick up meds here..

Horrible wait times, not only in the drive thru but in the actual pharmacy and on the phone. Waited 45 minutes on hold to attempt to ask to have my sons medicine which they claimed was out of stock transferred. Only found this out per the app no one from the store called me, so I waited hours for this medicine to be filled to find out it won’t. Finally hung up and having my sick child wait until tomorrow to be able to physically drive there and ask it be transferred. Just plain ridiculous!

Been on hold for 30 minutes now, this is my second call today, the first was 20 mins before I needed to give up to do something else. Answer your phone! At least once every 20 mins maybe? I guess I'll never get the answer to the question I was calling to ask.

This where I get my medicine. They are all very nice. There is usually a line at the drive up window but you can go inside the store if you do not want to wait. I would recommend CVS ON MORGAN to anyone.
