This location is getting out of control with price gouging. The $500 price tag for baseball cards speaks for itself. Found a shirt for a reasonable price, but the line was so long to check out I just put it back and left. This isn’t helping the community at all, but I see that goodwill is doing well from it. Please do better

Went here to pick up a few t-shirts and a pair of pants. The price said $1.99 for t-shirts and the smart mouth lady that rung us out charged us $4.99 and $6.99 for some and charged $4.00 for a kids pair of shorts. Goodwill is screwing people to death, so no wonder they can build a new store cause they are doing it off of the poor people's back. They should get boycotted. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!! They are higher then Walmart.

Hello there, me and my teenage daughter were at your location recently and when we were just doing our shopping as usual some worker by name the of Maddie came up to us and called my daughter “cute”. Now as far as I know she is not a teenager and my daughter is definitely not a homosexual. After she said that we immediately left. That was absolutely unacceptable from your workers and I know for a fact I am never coming back to your location again..

I stopped at the Goodwill on 1st Avenue two days ago to look at Halloween costumes. I found one for $5 but didn't have money on me because I was just out for a walk with my granddaughter. When I went back today to see if the costume was still there, I found it but they had raised the price to $8. For an item that was already 100% profit because it had been given to them for free. And to make matters worse, (or awkward but kind of funny) the cashier told me that they had actually sold that one and gotten another one exactly like it in the same exact size. But apparently this exact duplicate was worth more. Wow, didn't realize the Goodwill stores employ used car salesmen lol.

A blonde woman named , alexis or Lexis was very rude to my family while purchases two pillows and a belt set. *Warning, she will get mad at you if you don’t know how to do her job. *The belts were a set of 3, all connected on one plastic piece as a set, from tjay max. This lady proceeded to charge for each belt on the set of three. Then when we began to question how our total was at 40$ for two pillows(2.99/ea), and a belt set of 3. Her response to a simple question, “I don’t know I’m just doing my job” instead of explaining she charged us for each of the belts, so she called a manager over. She walks over and greets us, and the snotty blonde woman put her sense into the situation by stating, “I guess I’m doing something wrong” waving her hands in the air. Instead of just explaining the situation, or simply ask her boss if she should have charged for each belt on the set. So, I the costumer, had to explain what she had done wrong to her boss, and the lack of professionalism that woman had was astounding. 40$ for two pillows and a belt set ? Even the costumers behind me were confused on how that came to total to that much. I just left the items and decided not to purchase anything. Careful going to this one, the blonde woman “Lexis or alexus” will overcharge you, and blame you for not knowing how to do her job.

they fired an employee right before Christmas because someone lied on a Facebook post. instead of taking the side of employee, or even doing a thorough investigation to check facts, they fired him after more than a year of employment. they didn't allow certain employees to get promotions because of family or dating, but they allowed other certain employees the privilege- unfairly. the Boonville store is full of hardworking employees and a corporation that is purposely killing the Boonville location store. upper management is absolutely destroying the efforts of the managers and sales associates and it shows.

They don’t know how to run a company they leave their people hanging by a thread without an extra help at least not real help and they run off good people who are actually trying to make some real changes for the employees that work there! Firing someone before Christmas because that person did their job but got a little bad publicity on Facebook just despicable if you ask me.

Awful. Upper staff was in the back laughing and carrying on while older cashiers had long lines and talked about out every single item someone was purchasing. I about threw my stuff down and walked out. Worst ever.
