We came to Kay Jewelers looking for a gift. We had some specific criteria for that perfect gift. Tara greeted us kindly and was the biggest help! She showed us all the options. We found the perfect gift and could not have done it without her! Thank you, Tara!! I will definitely be back for my jewlery needs!

Spoke with Monica who took the time to sit down with me and explain what all services come with the ring and well as put together a wish list for me. Out of the six jewelry stores I went to she got me to finally make my mind up about where I will be shopping for now on. Very kind customer service and best part is she let us look without coming up to us every few minutes which is what I dislike about most places as it puts pressure on the individual.

Me and my girlfriend came in on Sunday, they had some customers in looking around. But there were some others that were being help. Our goal was to get my watch adjusted, no big deal. My only thing was the customer service, we waited for a total of about an hour and a half waiting for someone to help us out. Meanwhile these other people were waiting for what it seemed like forever. They need more people to work there, and the lady who helped us was nice and great but the fact that she said that this was "normal" was mind boggling. I work in customer service so I understand that we can't help people all the time but the fact the wait time and the groups of people waiting was ridiculous. There was one couple that walked in, waited for a couple minutes and then left.If I was to know how long we were going to wait we would not have gone. They need more people working there because I'm not letting my girlfriend sit through that again. But the lady was nice and helpful with my watch adjustment.But be prepared to wait a very long time to be helped. You're better off going to the Kay's at the mall really.

My husband and I just celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary and I needed a new bridal set. We went to Kay's Jewelers and Vicky assisted us along with another salesman (I feel bad I can't remember his name), but they were both so patient and helpful and Vicky found exactly what I was looking for!! We had a wonderful experience and I love my wedding set!!! We will definitely go back! Thanks again Vicky!!

Me and my significant other went to ring shop and was told to look around and they will be with us in one moment but were very happy to help the next couple to walk in 5-10 minutes after we were already there. If you didn’t want us to buy anything you guys could have just said that. Didn’t spend anything there for great service go to drostes

Had to get my ring serviced twice by them because of their mistakes, and they couldn’t even keep me updated. One of the workers lied to me and said she would get a “asap” work order put in because of their mistake on my ring. But here I am waiting 4 days after I was promised to get it. This is ridiculous, and they need to find a better way to document what they say to customers. The remake “well I wasn’t here so I don’t know what happened” doesn’t not mean it’s okay. Figure out what happened then and don’t tell me you don’t know. I gave them the name of the person I spoke to and they still did nothing. Kay has held on to my ringer longer than I’ve even wore this ring

Bought a ring for my s/o, after getting it sized and sent back it broke a month later where they sized it. Took it back to have it fixed (took longer than normal) and it came back the wrong size and still cracked. Employee said she’d put a rush on the service since it was their mistake, there was no rush out on the ring nor when asked about an ETA or update, was give very cookie cutter and minimal info. Still currently waiting on the ring 2 weeks later “rush”

If I could give it a zero I would. I’m still pretty upset about my whole situation. I was given misleading information about my Diamond warranty by a member who worked here telling me I no longer needed to bring my ring in for inspections to keep my Diamond warrant in place. After I had my ring sauntered together, my main Diamond in my engagement ring broke (this is after having a repair done on it) not even 6 months later. I went to have it sent off to have my Diamond fixed only to be treated very poorly by the gal who “took care of me”. Not only did she make me cry, but she was incredibly rude about the entire situation. Now it’s going to cost me over $1,000 to get it fixed because this company told me the wrong thing. I’m very sentimental about my wedding ring and this experience has been terrible.

After 3-4 stores I ended up at Kay’s with Monica who helped pick out the perfect engagement ring. She tried on about 4 different rings for me, priced prolly 6-7 with warranties and all that jazz. Finally landed on a ring and she never once complained about my thousands of request. After choosing a ring and he getting half way through check out I changed my mind again! She completely understood and didn’t hesitate to start the process all over again!

Absolutely love this Kay’s store! Vicky, the store manager, is one of the nicest people to work with in the world. She is so helpful, as well as so knowledgeable about all things jewelry! I drive from Owensboro to Evansville because this store is so friendly, competent, and helpful with all of my jewelry needs!
