JC is wonderful!! He’s the only one that knows what he’s doing at this Sephora. He’s very knowledgeable in all the products and matched my foundation perfectly! Every other time I came here, the artist would match me wayyy too orange. Finally we have someone like JC in this location!!:)

i went there today before my shift and every single employee was beyond kind in helping me find what i needed, along with checking up on me when i was upset. i will be going to this location whenever i need another makeup product everytime from now on!

I've been here about 4 times the last 2-3 weeks. The same dude helps me every time. He is extremely nice and makes it easier to find things. The rest of the staff are also great and helpful too

Customer service is 5 star, but I couldn't actually stay long enough to make a purchase because the cacophony of perfumes made me break out in hives. Maybe fragrance should be in a separate space. Frustrating because I was there for help finding hypoallergenic skincare

Everyone was nice and helpful. Was greeted when entering , cashier was kind . I was in and out. Much better than Ulta. Nice sale going on too. Bought all Sephora products at 30 % off.

These sephora employees are so NICE!!! from the moment my friend and I came in we were helped. I was specifically looking for the Clinique lipstick in black honey and the associate (I wish I had her name but she was wearing wreath earrings) lead us over to the display and found it for me! After that we browsed for a bit and each employee who came up to us was super nice, talked to us and made us feel right at home. When I was checking out there was a problem with my card specifically so my purchase kept declining (I figured out later that it was my student loan payment, oof). I was freaking out but again, the associate at check out was very very nice! In conclusion, everyone at this sephora should be treated to a nice steak dinner, and I would be happy to spend my money here :)

A bit pricey but good selection! I bought my daughter a hair straightener and it was expensive I thought, but it lasted like 10 years! And it was the best straightener she said she's ever owned it didn't pull her hair or anything and it straightened her hair fast! All the makeup we bought there and perfumes was great namebrand quality products and they help you to find your right shade's/ colors!

Last night, June 10, 2022, I returned to Sephora at the east side Kohl's in Evansville, IN, to purchase a body mist spray. I appreciated that the associate, LAUREN G, didn't "attack" me when I entered Sephora but rather gave me time to look around and consider my purchase. LAUREN G has helped me before and to be specific, helped me find the body mist I wanted. I liked it so much that, last night I decided to buy the cream. LAUREN G shared some background re the product and that she used it herself! I know....that can be a ploy to encourage a customer, but LAUREN G does not come across as anything but hard-working, honest, and sincere! I'm writing this to say THANK YOU to Sephora for hiring someone of LAUREN G's caliber and integrity! LAUREN G has helped me three times over the past several months and has ALWAYS been PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, and PERSONABLE.LAUREN G is a KEEPER!!!

Employees here are super nice and they sell super great products, however I will not be shopping at Sephora anymore due to a flaw in their rewards system where if you use rewards and go to exchange the product due to it not being a great thing your reward is just lost. It costs tons of money just to get a $10 reward and mine was lost just like *snap* due to purchasing a bad Sephora brand product? K. It's not even about the $10 at this point I just don't like when people steal from me, so it's the principle. As far as I'm concerned a business so inflexible can go broke.

A male employee (Aftican Amer) at the new store @ Kohls was so rude to my daughter! ;(. His customer service is so awful that now too much anxiety to go back for a while! Real sad how he treats customers;( .

Want to give a HUGE shout out to Skyler! He was so helpful. I came in completely disappointed after another store ( not Sephora) in the mall was supposed to do a makeup lesson/ update and when I arrived they told me she was out sick and she was the only person who did them. They didn’t even call to cancel the appointment.
