This new prepay only policy just cost your company additional money. My wife and I were planning to get a snack and drinks for the way home. But the combination of prepay only coupled with the twenty questions game to pump gas and the freezing weather meant by the time the pump was going I was angry enough to say screw it McDonald’s gets my money. I’d rate this lower if I could.

Rude staff, I asked for my items bagged and the clerk handed me a bag to put my stuff in myself and was huffing when I asked for my receipt.

This Thornton's is one of the worst in town for sure. Employees do NOT want to be there and are very obvious about it. Got the wrong drink out of a nozzle the other day. It's also VERY rare to speak to an employee that knows how to sell lottery tickets.

To the manager on Sunday June 27th, 2021 at approximately 2:00 pm CST at the N Rosenberger store in Evansville, IN who refused to sell me a lottery ticket because my 13 year old daughter was in line with me, please refer to the Indiana law and explain to me how you “were doing your job”?IC 4-30-12-1Person less than 18 years of age; giftA person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age may not purchase a lottery ticket. However, this does not prohibit the purchase of a lottery ticket for the purpose of making a gift to a minor. As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.You were rude and tyrannical in your dealing with the situation!

While my husband was pumping gas our daughter had to go to the bathroom, no big deal. We got inside and went back to the restroom and someone was in there, no big deal. We waited and when finally the person came out it was the MALE CASHIER! The men's restroom mind you was unoccupied. We get in the bathroom and there is p*** all over the seat! I didn't have my phone on me so I couldn't take a picture of it. But I had to try to semi clean the seat so my daughter who is 3 could go to the restroom! Thats disgusting and coming from an employee of all people! Thats gross!
