I've put un a change of address twice now an they still haven't forwarded my mail an when u call the number online u get a robot that doesn't understand that u need to talk to a human individual so they can help figure out the issue wtf

They deserve zero stars an employee stole my package and the supervisor had an attitude talking about my package was lost and I had to wait for 2 months and still didn't receive my package

My mail carrier is actually pretty good. I didn't realize how lucky I am until I read the reviews. My only complaint is that I get books for my grandbabies that say DO NOT FOLD on them and she folds them into my mailbox everytime. Other than that she is great!

My mail carrier refuses to scan my packages and has destroyed my business! She refuses to do her job and managent has done nothing to correct the issue except say they will talk to her. This has continued to be a problem!??

Extremely slow. Refuses to "return to sender." A package arrives on Friday at 6am. You may or may not get it by Thursday the following week. Their rates really aren't any better than using other delivery companies that are faster. You really take your chances.

Our mail had started to get held due to a temporary move. Some mail was still coming through and some did not. After calling for a week and receiving no answer to the phone; I had to take off early to go in.
I was informed that they do not have the man power to answer the phones and that that “if we answered the phones we would be on them all day.” I asked him why have a phone system if you do t use it. He offered no explanation besides attempting to say they had to use an automatic’s system to call in each day….which wasn’t helpful.
I was then informed that some packages were mailed back and they had to follow protocol wwhich I questioned due to being there everyday and living there already.
The last thing was Thomas stating he hoped “all my trees were cut down now.” I didn’t appreciate the comment and he came off as being a smooth talker instead of handling my questions and getting answers.
Though he did say he would “personally” text me anytime I have mail, I still don’t enjoy being forced to wait another 5 to 7 days with them holding my mail for even longer. Being forced to leave work early isn’t helping my cause and him stating they just don’t answer the phone is a horrible excuse…overall I will be taking this complaint up the chain.

Trying to contact them regarding my package that marked delivered but never came in my mail box. No one answering the phone. It’s so frustrating ? This happened many times.

They never answer their phones I had a question about something I called periodically for two days straight during Normal hrs and they never answered. I have also had issues with them when picking up packages

I don't know who y'all are hiring to deliver mail. Someone else needs to do the hiring, the Wednesday carrier leaves everyone on my blocks mail in my box to deliver down the street. I got news for you, I'll be sending a bill here real soon if it keeps happening!
