I have helped my clients choose rugs in a wide price range from a small rug for a kitchen or entry to very large rugs for family rooms and dining rooms. I am always delighted with the quality of the rugs, and the service and thoughtfulness of the staff. But I am also an artist and the beauty of the rugs that Aaron's has in stock is a delight for me. From classic orientals to gorgeous contemporary styles, I always find a rug that will support a color scheme or add a work of art to my client's room.

We have a rug we brought back from travels and had no idea where to get it cleaned. I knew I could trust Aaron’s and they did not disappoint. I got my rug back cleaned, at an affordable price, and was very pleased. I have also purchased rugs from them and love the variety of choices and the ability to check it out in my own home.

Recently, I took my mother's rug in to be cleaned and recieved wonderful service! My mother's rug hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime and it turn out very nice! While there, my wife and I found huge selection of rugs and took a few home to try. We couldn't be happier!

Absolutely the best customer service and the finest quality oriental rugs in the Midwest. After flipping through almost all the rugs we found two that we were in love with. They recommended we take both of them home to see how they worked in our space which was very wise as we ended up changing our minds about which one we liked best. To top everything off, to thank us for our purchase, the owner even gave us a bottle of fine red wine. Without a doubt, we will return here for all our future Oriental rug purchases.

It is so wonderful to get the level of attention the owner and workers give as soon as you walk through the door! There are so many rugs to choose from and they seemed to know just where to go to find what I needed. I was so happy to get a true Oriental Rug without paying the absurd prices in Chicago. Excellent gem right here in Fort Wayne!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the individual attention, large selection and expertise at Aaron's. We were looking for a large area rug and they took the time to flip back each rug, hauling out ones we liked and comparing them. We were torn between 3 options so they let us take them home to try them out in our home- the customer service here is top notch! The owner makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door and he even gave us a 'congratulatory' bottle of wine as we left with our new rug!!

We took in 3 oriental rugs to get cleaned and got them back about 2 weeks later. We were very pleased regarding the job they did. The price was decent compared to other companies we checked out.
