Amazing speed. I filled a script on Xmas eve for my son & it was ready for pickup before the prescriber dismissed us. Just submitted two orders for covid tests via my insurance and they were filled within minutes. Great job, CVS! Appreciate the quick work!

Overall I'd say this is better than your average CVS in terms of cleanliness and organization. It's a lot easier to find items since the renovation and the minute clinic looks great. They are very short staffed however and sometimes you can feel their frustration. The wait has been long even with an appointment. They're doing their best but I hope they get more staffing to improve customer service and satisfaction.

Went twice to pick up prescription. First visit, the pharmacist said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Was at the end of the day, so went back first thing in the morning. Second visit - they didn't have it and no record of where it might be. I thought maybe my wife picked it up, So went home. No dice. Called them again and found they had sent it to another location, because they never had it in the first place. Thank goodness it wasn't a critica med - these folks don't have their act together. Not the first time we've had issues with this branch and from the looks of it - no one's pleased

I have used CVS pharmacies thru out the USA. They have an excellent data base and they are up to date with my information from Florida to Fort Wayne. Every year my wife and I get or flu shots there. I have only lived in the Fort for about a year and have used this CVS with out problems. They always notified me in advance when I need to refill my prescriptions and coordinate with my doctors when needed. It is nice to have a pharmacy nearby where I can get good service.

I have had issues with this CVS before and never left a review because I try to be understanding. Today I went through the drive thru and they asked me to pull back around once I clipped a coupon they told me about. I pull back around and at this point the line is 5 cars deep. I park and go in. I wait in line and then they tell me I have to go wait in another line for the price adjustment. The adjustment takes a minute for them to compute. I think I am ready to check out. NOPE. They tell me they need 5 minutes to get a new label and that I needed to go wait in the other line again. Okay. I am officially annoyed. I walk away and get in the now 4 person deep line. I get to the front again and ask about the new price and if there is a generic option in the future. I can hear the ladies talking about me and were acting like my question exasperated them. At this point I am mad and hurt at how rude this whole exchange was. Then the lady doesn't give me my meds and says I HAVE to talk to the pharmacist. I then go to another counter to wait on the pharmacist. At this point she asked if I had taken them before and I said I had. She proceeded to "quiz" me on my meds much like a child. I had to wait in line 5 times today. Go somewhere else for your medicine. Unprofessional and just terrible service.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with - slow, inefficient and prone to errors. They somehow created duplicate profiles for me and it took over an hour to "merge" them so my insurance could be applied. I've also gone through the drive though on several occasions, waited at least ten minutes behind other cars to get to the window, waited a few more minutes to get service, and then when they haven't had my insurance properly applied, I've been told to either circle back around and get in line again or come in. As a mom with two kids, this lack of customer service makes this errand even more inconvenient. Consider this location only as your last resort.

I agree with previous comments. This is the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I called in a prescription at 8:30 a.m. before the pharmacy opened and requested a pick-up at 1:00 p.m. At 3:30 it was still not ready. The clerk said if I would wait 10 minutes, they would work on it. (Two other people were waiting for their orders ahead of me.) I have had that experience before and have waited several minutes beyond the projected time. The phone line was announcing there were three calls waiting to be answered, four cars were at the outside window, but only two employees were visible. I left. At other times I have gone to pick up an Rx that was "ready," but the clerk couldn't find it! Once I was told that they didn't have any of the pills I needed, but looking further, they found enough to fill the order. Last month they substituted a generic for a necessary brand name pill without permission. Next time I have a chance, I will ask my prescriptions be sent elsewhere. Corporate CVS needs to look into why this pharmacy is so seriously mismanaged, incompetent, and understaffed.

They are the slowest pharmacy I've ever seen. A prescription that was supposed to take 45 minutes took over four hours. When I called to check on it they said "that should be ready in about a half hour." Right. Needed another prescription today. Hours after it was sent in, the girl on the phone said "we haven't gotten to it, but it should be about 15-20 minutes." I came 20 minutes later and she says "we haven't gotten to it yet, but we could expedite it and it should be ready in about 20 minutes." It took 30...

Worst pharmacy in CVS. They once told me they were 2 weeks behind filling prescriptions. They are nice as can be but they obviously are not getting the support they need.
