They are currently trying to bill me for a fraudulent 108 USD. i was told three different times it was taken care of. Now they are threatening collections. They cannot event tell me what the bill is for or why insurance isnt paying, since they never recieved a decline from them. It was for a 100 percent covered checkup at parkview. Real life crooks and thieves. Ill be calling tomorrow to see how this shakes out.

I gave this facility a try today and I was very pleased with the service and friendly faces. The receptionist was nice and very organized. She kept things moving. She wasn't overly friendly....but just right. The phlebotomist, Lindsay, was excellent. She was very professional and caring. She found my difficult to find vein on the first time and eased by dislike of needles. I am a fan of the team here!! I'm not a fan of the facility though. The frontage signage is poor. You really have to hunt for to find it. The facility VERY dated!! In fact....it has a stale-old odor that is over powering. The colors are drab and not welcoming. The carpeting needed a good cleaning and/or replaced. The waiting room was kind of cold & unwelcoming in appearance. I'm not a fan of this facility. However, I'd go back because of the team and how they respected my time. Note...get an appointment on line before you go!!!!

Scam Artists! False positives generate more revenue. Terrible business practices. Tell your doctor not to send to this lab or pay the consequences like I did.

Beware! Beware! Our doctor sent my wife's pathology to Fort Wayne Medical Laboratory Corporation who processed it and sent the results back to her doctor. We assumed the doctor had sent it to Lutheran Labs as we never received a bill. One year later we get a letter from Fort Wayne Medical Laboratory Corporation's attorney. This was the FIRST notice we had that theywere billing us. We called Fort Wayne Medical Laboratory Corporation and they were very rude and refused our payment. They said we had to pay their attorney, which we did. But in the end, they overcharged us over $1000 for pathology. Look out! They will take you for a ride... I don't know if they are paying kickbacks to doctor's offices or not. What I do know is that our insurance company pays 100% of pathology work completed by Lutheran Labs, but will not pay for Fort Wayne Medical Laboratory Corporation. That says something! We have sent letters to our doctors instructing them NEVER to send anything of ours to Fort Wayne Laboratory Corporation again. If you are wise, you will too!
