If your bike is making a noise that sounds like a blender full of spoons, don’t panic—just take it to Nick. He’ll listen to it for three seconds, squint like he’s receiving visions from the motorcycle gods, and somehow immediately know what’s wrong.
Nick has that magical combination of expert mechanic and friendly neighborhood comedian. One minute he’s explaining something in perfect technical detail, and the next he’s cracking a joke that makes you forget your bike was moments away from becoming lawn décor.
He’s also shockingly honest. If something doesn’t need fixing, he’ll tell you. If it does need fixing, he’ll tell you in a way that somehow softens the blow—usually with some sarcastic commentary about how your engine “has been screaming for help for at least three oil changes.”
Fast, funny, helpful, and unreasonably good at what he does—Nick’s the guy you want working on your bike.
Five stars. Would absolutely break something again just for the jokes.

Haley Deserves a Raise, a Trophy, and Maybe a Parade
I stopped by the motorcycle shop expecting the usual: confusion, regret, and maybe leaving with the wrong size gloves again. But then Haley appeared—like a customer-service superhero with a clipboard instead of a cape.
She somehow knew exactly what I needed before I even knew what I needed. I’d barely opened my mouth to ask a question before she was handing me the perfect part, explaining it like I wasn’t mechanically challenged (even though we both knew I was).
Haley is that rare mix of friendly, knowledgeable, and just sarcastic enough to make you feel welcome but also slightly ashamed of your past motorcycle maintenance decisions. Honestly, she made the whole experience so easy that I’m suspicious she might be some kind of wizard.
If you’re heading to the shop, do yourself a favor and talk to Haley. She’s the reason I left with confidence, the right gear, and—miraculously—no existential crisis about spark plugs.

Overall great experience, I was a previous Harley owner. I work across the street from them and decided to see what kind of bikes they had I was looking to trade even, I felt with Pamela the whole time, she’s quite informative and personable I see her as a great friend now, Dave the owner also bent over backwards to make this deal a great deal for the both of us. After a horrific experience with FW Harley after the sale, Werks sets the bar on how dealerships should be run, friendships are how you grow anything, Thank you Pam, David and Allen, you three Rock!

Hands down the best and only place to purchase of service a bike in Indiana. The staff are all knowledgeable and if they don’t know, they don’t make it up, they find the answer for you and make sure they understand it in a way to explain it to you in a way you understand. They’re patient, courteous, educating and want the bike that fits YOU not them to be the bike that you purchase. I’ve never felt more welcomed or watched others feel more welcomed in any dealership of any kind in my life.

Upon dropping my bike off I felt comfortable leaving it as she is my girl lol. But allen made me feel confident they would treat me right. They did an absolutely beautiful job on my bike. And the owner one of the nicest guys out there. Helped me above and beyond, amazing man. Thanks for your work and I will always use you guys.
