I have been with Midwest for over 7 years. Today was The Best Customer Service I have ever received from this credit union. Jamie T, one of the branch mangers was understanding, patient, she took the time to listen. I felt like we've know each other for years. I usually don't take the time to write a review...She deserves recognition.

I went through the process of getting an Auto Loan at the Tillman Rd location and had a most excellent experience. Not only was my loan officer, Nicholas, knowledgeable and friendly but he went the extra mile by calling over to the dealership to ensure our finance numbers were on point. Dashingly charming, Nicholas made our experience 10/10!
