O'Daniel was wonderful to work with my daughter and her first time buying a car. Kylee was so helpful with us. Me and my daughter both work full time so this process took about 4 days to do. She checked in with us and it never felt pushy. Bryce was also so helpful too. He checked in with us and he was great working on getting my daughter and deal.
I will definitely buy from them when I get my next car!! Thank you O'Daniel!!

Instead of addressing issues after my husband and I spent over 3 grand to have these fixed on my car, only for the service department to accuse me of “hitting something” with my car when they left my wheel arch popped out, they decided to delete my review. Within just a year we spent almost 5 grand here. I am absolutely convinced they do no service at all. Their checks are inconsistent as well. The service department is slimy and shady and the sole reason why I will never get a Mazda again.

The service garage's Customer Service Manager (not 100% title but do recall name) Adam I. was super great to work with. Truck feels great and I appreciate his explanations. Also props to Richard and Jen for the shuttle service. That service in and on itself is a God send. Seriously, all this will play a big part in the next couple of years when we buy our next car. Thank you.

Took my CX-5 in because I was concerned about some loud noises the service team there was very professional and polite! Right away, I was greeted By Mitch who directed me accordingly very helpful from there I dealt with Adam and Nick, who took me through possibilities answered all questions and then promptly took care of my vehicle. GREAT SERVICE TEAM!

Horrible sales team! We had to hunt a salesman down to even try to purchase a brand new vehicle. He was a nice guy but wasn't knowledgeable at all about what he was selling. They offered us absolutely no information about what they offered as far as warranty and services. The manager lied about his numbers to try and make a sale and I knew that because our salesman gave us something totally different. Needless to say, I won't ever deal with O'daniel auto group.

First time I took my car there, they quoted me a $450 wiring harness for a $10 lightbulb that was bad.
Second time I took my car there, the bolts on the head gasket were loose after they changed the timing belt and water pump.
Third time I went there (which was yesterday) they changed engine and trans fluid and for whatever reason, the car smells like it’s burning coolant now.
Oh, and recently they charge you a fee to use a credit card…..
Last and final time I will be going there.
