Arrived there after a 3 hour drive being doubtful of them having what I was looking for. Once I walked into their store I was very surprised by the amount of product and people working that were willing to share knowledge and recommendations. The 3 hour drive was so worth it and I will be back soon!

I've always had great experiences purchasing from PB Sports! They ship fast and have fair pricing. Bought a used paintball marker from them a couple years ago and it's still running strong. No complaints and highly recommended!

Had a good experience until I had a faulty battery. Which it seems I wasn’t the first one. Lipo won’t charge and I contacted them about it cause I lost my receipt. I work retail and understand the entire receipt thing. But I’ve never been to a store where they couldn’t pull up your transaction using the card that was used to make the purchase. I was told I couldnt return it, only exchange it with no receipt, which wasn’t an issue because I just wanted another battery. Only to later be told I need one for that as well and was told to contact valken. It’d be nice if they updated their ancient technology to not have to deal with this.

Valken Li-Po battery D.O.A. (won't charge) Contacted PB Sports within 72 hours of sale and was directed to contact Valken. No exchange or refund offered with PB Sports and Valken never responded. It's been over 2 months, $19.49 wasted. As knowledgeable as the staff seem to be, the "we don't stand behind battery sales" never came up during my visit.
