I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated how considerate they were of my needs. Since I wear hijab, they offered me a private room for my appointment, which made me feel so comfortable and respected. The service was excellent, and I left feeling really happy with the results. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for both professionalism and genuine care!

If I could give Alissa 20s/5, I would. I was ready for a change and she nailed it. That’s no surprise though, she’s been doing my hair for over a decade, and it’s a highlight of my day to get to hang out with her. She’s the best!

Samantha is so professional! I’ve had all amazing hair dressers in the past, and she gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had. Only 19 years old, that’s crazy! I appreciate her taking the time to teach while she was styling my hair. This girl is a rockstar!

Morgan did a fantastic job with not only perfecting my hair, but also explaining what products she was using and what she was doing as well! I’m typically more of a quiet/shy person and Morgan did really well with keeping conversation flowing. She was great:) The salon itself is so stunning, I loved it!

The salon has the most comfortable shampoo bowls in the whole world. Beyond that, Faith communicated well with me throughout the whole appointment, but I really liked how we discussed what I wanted before we started. I think the prices are reasonable given the incredible quality of the services, plus there are a lot of perks for new clients. Would recommend and go back again!

I am from out of state visiting for work and wanted to treat myself! This is the place to do it, ambiance was incredible, all of the staff was so incredible and sweet and for the experience so reasonably price!! I had Morgan, 10/10 recommend, made me feel so welcomed and pampered and so happy I picked this place. Hope I get to come back for work to visit Pin-Ups again, maybe even get my nails done next time :)
