What an awesome experience. I always dread that my truck might break down. Yesterday I got in the truck and it wouldn't start. After reading some reviews we decided to call R&L. They were able to get us in and serviced today. There were efficient and didn't try to run up our bill. I even called back and asked them to do an oil change before we picked it up. They were happy to do it and even called an hour and a half earlier than they quoted. We were so happy, we dropped off our other vehicle for an oil change and service check. Thrilled that we found this place and will definitely return for all our future repair needs.

They genuinely care about their customers and do not try to price gauge you. As a young woman it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I’m very thankful for the experience I’ve had with R & L and will be going back!

I've had several great experiences with R&L. Dick has vast knowledge of all makes and models. He is HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY. The prices are very fair. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you R&L for great service!

Excellent service. Multiple mechanical issues with handicap van - one very major. All were addressed in prompt fashion. Much to my satisfaction, Rich explained everything in precise detail. Back on the road (again) with no worries. THX R&L! ...will return.

They did an amazing job, got in done in record time and were really friendly and kind. I have gone to a fair amount of mechanics in this area, and none of them were as amazing as R&L. I highly recommend them and they will be the only mechanic i take my car to from here on out.

Came here because of good reviews saying that the work was good quality and they were honest. I took my car in for a high oil pressure reading. They determined it was the pressure sensor, they had one delivered and installed it in a timely manner. I have no complaints, so unless they do something to betray my trust, I will definitely go back. The guy was friendly too, so that also helps bring you back.

Had a steering issue on my car, so I gave them a call after getting referred to them by a friend. Dropped my car off Sunday night and the car was all fixed up the Monday by 12! Very fairly priced. Will gladly go back for other service needs.

Our first visit to R&L Automotive was exceptional. After several negative experiences with a couple other local shops over the last few years, this was a positive and refreshing experience! My initial phone inquiry was answered immediately, their quote was accurate to the PENNY and the work was completed very quickly! All my questions were answered with courtesy and respect. No one wants to have to car troubles but, we will absolutely return to this shop for all future needs!

Very good shop very honest and forthcoming with the work and actually recommended that a go to a actual chrysler dealer. The dealership however was 3 months out on their work and I had school and a new job starting in 3 weeks, so I told them give it your best shot. And boy was a best shot what I got. They fixed my engine problem and could of really took me for a ride but even in that they were good people and kept the bill in mind for me.(2500 was what I paid had they kept going it would of been upwards of 5k).
It's been over 3 years sense the repair and no engine codes other than a thermostat issue. All in all great people my only wish is they had a bigger shop so they could take care of more people so that way the dealerships aren't taking advantage of so many. hats and hair off to the owners. ?
