Tried to park here for 2 minutes because I was lost and a rude, beligerent man came out and demanded I leave immediately or he was going to have my car towed. It was 8 am on a Thursday morning, before they even opened. Seriously, who was i even bothering? Probably never coming back to Fort Wayne if this is how you treat people.

Just bought a 2016 f150 lariat from Ron Jr today so far so good was a really great person didn't try to force me into anything it actually gave me a better deal on the truck when I got there I give these guys a five star because just how honest they were and how good of a person Ron is thanks again Smith Auto

I can’t say that they specifically did this in their shop, but the check engine light on my truck was colored over black so I couldn’t see that it was on when I purchased the vehicle. If they didn’t do it there, then they clearly didn’t inspect the truck before selling it because I found out there were four misfire codes and an evaporative emission control code popping up. I drove it for six months like that, including my move out to Utah, which ended up destroying the catalytic converter. It’s going to end up costing me around $2,500 to fix all the issues caused by them blacking out the check engine light instead of fixing the issues. That’s extremely shady and should be illegal. More than the cost, they sold me a truck that was unsafe to drive. It took the shop in Utah roughly 5 minutes to discover the issues so it could have been easily fixed before they sold it to me. I also contacted them about it and they were not willing to help me out at all even though it is completely their fault. They seemed like decent people when we purchased it but the fact that they picked the easy route instead of fixing the issues really makes me question that. I would NOT recommend buying any vehicle from a place that literally covers up issues that can cause more damage later.
