We're new to the area and have two elderly cats. Called about a possible issue and were seen the same day. The vet techs were kind and capable, as was the vet who explained what they found, what the best and worst case scenarios are, and how they were going to treat today to stop it from getting worse.
Reception was great on the phone, and in the checkout & follow up scheduling procedure.
Overall a really nice office filled with people who clearly care about animals.
It's also easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and good signage.

I had to put my 13 year old dog down last week. I called Waynedale vet clinic as it was the closest to my house and did not want to put my sick dog in the car to travel 30+ minutes to his normal vet. From the minute they answered my sobbing phone call they were so kind, caring and understanding. They made an appointment for him to come in an hour from when I called and were waiting for us when we got there. Today I got a card in the mail with all the staffs signatures and his paw prints. They have my business from here on out!

my cat Beric recieved severe medical neglect from a different vet, and the waynedale clinic took amazing care of him in his final moments. we were finally given real concrete answers for his terminal illness, he was loved and snuggled by the vets and staff alike, and he died wrapped in a blankie in the arms of me, my fiancee, and the amazing vet tech. im so eternally grateful for the diligence and care my baby recieved that fateful day, as well as the genuine support my fiancee and i recieved from the staff. you can feel the love and care radiating from the staff the moment you walk in the building.
i began taking my other cats here after our impressive experience with beric, and once again recieved incredible care. i have another kitty recently diagnosed with chronic illness, causing us to stop in every few weeks for a steroid shot for her. the staff keeps her so comfortable and loved and the doctor is so passionate about experimenting to find the perfect health plan for my girl, staying in contact regularly throughout the weeks since we have begun this journey with her. we are so eternally grateful to find a vet that loves our babies as much as we do, especially after the heartbreak of loosing my beric.

If you care about your pet stay far away from here very negligent had to put my dog down because the issues weren’t taken seriously first one they kept telling me allergies allergies allergies and wouldn’t not here me out about other possibilities and ended up going blind with so much pain he was trying to paw his head to make it stop and after that barley got an apology and then wanted me to pay to have him put down after that now I they want to charge me for a vet visit just to write a prescription for animax a very simple anti bacterial so if you care about your pet stay away from wayndale they only care about your wallet they probably have some good workers but the business as a whole is a giant red flag

They are rude people and they don't treat animals very well either I rather pay extra and go somewhere where I'm respected and so is my animal just saying and if I could give them lower rating I would they won't even approve his prescription that he been on for over 2 years and he has to be in it where I live at because he won't wear the collars or even his regular collar. So what makes them think he will now he hasn't changed their policies how they treat people and their pets did and they want you to pick up scripts now without an a vehicle I take buses everywhere I Go so and also I work so therefore I can't even get my own pets prescription because of their stupid policies and I'm not taking off work just to go pick up your prescription from them just for me to mail it out and take three four weeks before I get my pet's medication no thank you rude people but it only takes 2 seconds to fill out a piece of paper and send it back to Petco

I’ve been going to Waynedale animal clinic for many many years and I’m sad to say our last experience was not a good one….
Both ladies were not very nice to my mom or dog. It was a very rushed and not so nice attitude. We were only there for nail trim but still.
Just not the same atmosphere or attitude like before sadly.
This is just one bad experience so we will just say maybe they were not having a good day?
The same dog that was in at same time got its pic taken and posted on FB!!!
Let’s do better next time!
