Lee is a great lady and knows her taxes. She is fast and professional. She explained everything that I asked and she helped me understand what she explained. I strongly encourage Liberty tax in Franklin. The only thing that I would give 4 stars for is the fee's but that is what Liberty as a company sets. Thank you both Lee and Linda.

The employees at Liberty Tax in Franklin In have awesome attitudes and they are thorough. Fast, efficient and selfless. I was running behind and they stayed after and waited for me to get there. I really appreciate them helping me with filing my taxes..

Wonderful staff! Stephanie and Leigh went out of their way to take care of me and even found mistakes from my 2018 taxes completed by another tax preparation company that they fixed! Guest service is everything to me! I highly recommend!

I'd pass on this particular location,there sham artist to charge ppl 500 dollars for 20minutes of work not to mention I'm finding out now I could of done it on turbo tax for free. They just use an online template. Save yourselves from my experience of the headache of knowing there no tax pros.
