this place was great for storing away my mother in law…! the man who greeted me with a giant thumbs up wore nice and unusual shoes so it’s definitely a great place to store your couches!!!

We had an issue (mentioned below) and they responded quickly and worked with us to get our unit bombed. Hopefully no further issues will arise
(RESOLVED)Have had our storage unit for 2 days and have found a cockroach in our storage room, we have no food in our storage room, and are already locked in for a month with insurance and have big furniture that would be a hassle to move. Absolutely disgusting, can't wait to have to check through every box, nook, and cranny when we move then stuff out to make sure we don't bring roaches home with us

Do not rent from this facility, or buy it's insurance if you have no other choice. Half of my things were ruined due to water damage from above and below. The claim was denied due to no evidence of water intrusion. I have multiple pictures inside and out of the unit. I will be writing the BBB with all evidence as well as contacting an attorney. Please do not utilize this facility and put yourself in a situation where your child doesn't have a bedroom suite because of their stingy, unethical business practices and faulty facility.

I have rented many storages and this one by far is the worst. These people are jokes. It says 24hrs but yet you have to come back to give them your ID. They are rude when you ask questions as well.
