Shannon's the best!! Friendly and she don't take huge amounts of time to address your issues which is what usually happens if one of the male employee's is there.

Manager was lazy and couldn't answer simple questions. He set on the computer the whole time we were there and listened to music and was having a good time in Facebook. Terrible customer service.
