If I could rate this place a 0 zero I would. Unfortunately I am not able to. My aunt i was with was looking at a sound bar system. I noticed in the back a worker eyeing us and when we left that area they stalked around to make sure we didn’t steal anything. I don’t know about you but it’d be obvious if we took a sound bar system. Secondly, when looking at beats a worker found a last one we wanted and told us to go to “geek squad”(customer service) due to it not being locked. She was not allowed to let us walk around the store with unlocked items. That was fine. However as we were on our way I heard a worker say “team there are two women walking towards the exit with unpurchased items” I felt like a criminal when I have the money to buy the items in my cart. Why put the customer service right next to the exit? As we were meeting the girl at the customer service a worker named Ryan comes up and asks “what are you doing here?” In a rude manner. I explained another worker told us to meet here to check out. We waited and the entire time he stayed up there to monitor us. Then, cherry on top, as we check out the cashier we had told us about a year member ship that was “free” she would charge us in the beginning and take it off as it was a Black Friday deal. Who knows how many people she told that to before we got there? Anyway, it ended up not being free as we checked our receipts we were charged the full amount. What’s the point of Black Friday shopping if we’re charged extra for a year membership when I only come here for Black Friday? THEN when we went back to get it refunded the associate Ryan came back up and pretty much just tried to send us away on the off chance that there’s a price drop in the items we purchased. He said “there’s a rumor they may bring the price down by $20” so if we wanted to come back for a price match we could. I don’t know about you I’m not coming back just for $20 back. That’s a waste of my time and gas. I am aware of the price I’m paying for my items now and don’t want to come back a second time. And he told the other person she could get $40 back. She was confused and he goes in a condescending attitude “you bought two, so 20 and 20 is 40.” She has the right to be confused when we’re told something is free when it isn’t. Granted, the cashier did apologize. I feel as though they should contact the people she may have checked out to let them be aware they did not get a “free membership” and were charged extra. I don’t know if Best Buy has a quota on memberships but I imagine that could be why. We got our refunds and left. I hardly ever leave reviews however I felt dissatisfied with the service from the very beginning to end. I felt discriminated I’m not sure if it was racially motivated or what. Hopefully next year Black Friday will be better. Thank you.

The only purpose for this location is for those on the southside trying to save a drive to MicroCenter, but you will pay for it.They will not price match holiday deals, despite being 30% more expensive than every other brick and mortar retailer.They spent 30 minutes looking for a key just to lose a sale on the biggest shopping day of the year. I will gladly go out of my way to drive to Microcenter from now on.

Taylor is amazing!!!! Promote this man!!! Me not knowing much about technology, I asked Taylor for help with my last two big purchases. Omen gaming PC a month or so ago which I knew absolutely nothing about, and a Samsung TV that I also knew nothing about. He explained the differences between my best options showing how the differences make a impact in the quality in the products. Very insightful and humble. A person like this deserves great things in this world. Not many people like him out there. Thank you Taylor!

I purchased an exhaust fan that does not work and Best Buy would not even return my calls …. If you purchase anything from Best Buy you can expect the same NO service SO Good Luck !

Let me tell you how dissatisfied I am with the customer service of Best Buy. I had them take measurements for a wall oven that I purchased in May and my delivery date was set for July 3rd. July 3rd came, and there was no delivery or no communication from Best Buy. I also had family and friends over for the 4th with no oven. I had to call them and reschedule a new delivery date about a week later. They showed up with the oven in August but it would not fit because the best buy tech took wrong measurements and they tried to bill me for modifying to install. I bought the geek squad that included free installation by the way. They end up sending the oven back and could not determine another date for install. I went back and fourth with customer service for the next month, I finally requested for a refund that took another 2 weeks. They held my money for 4 months before refunding me. Their customers service is the worst I ever experienced. I wish I could give them a 0 star because they suck!

DASHCAM INSTALLATION - NOT! Very unprofessional business, Scott is rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Do not waste your time. They first confirmed that they can install camera on my Nissan Rogue 2021, but when we brought the car, and dropped it off, 30 min later Scott called, rudely advised to pick up the car because he did not feel comfortable installing it. Poorly managed shop. On the way home stopped at Ziebart, which is close by. Got camera installed next day, with very friendly and fast service, and 40% cheaper. With no aggressive and rude Scott refusing to do business just because you disagreed with him. Called Best Buy 1-800 number to file a complaint, received a case number, waiting on somebody to call.

I asked Best Buy if they would clean out my computer after a tree fell on my apartment and insulation fell everywhere, including on my computer. They said they did not do that type of service. I brought it in after it completely crashed. It kept crashing after that because they still did not clean everything. Another repair place cleaned it out and now it works just fine. They found chunks of debris in my fan. Best Buy told me it was not my computer and was probably my monitor. Never again will I take anything there.

Needed a curbside pickup and would not change my order, even when a mo with 3 kids under 5 years old was picking up the order. No explanation as to why they would not extend the courtesy for curbside pickup. Management really needs to have more heart and care for their customers.

I purchased a very expensive record turn table today at the greenwood store and was very unhappy with my experience. The box was damaged they wouldn’t let me open it to see if everything was fine and they insured to me it was fine the box was just broken from the truck so I took their expertise seriously. I got home later to set it up and was missing pieces and was damaged and not even turning on or sealed correctly. I live two hours away and had to drive to the Columbus store same day ti return it and have them order it for me online. I could have just done that at the greenwood store but they were not telling me my options and the manager was too busy to even come and assist me. Do better greenwood. Columbus said they’d get fired if they sold a box that was damaged like how mine was.

I bought a monitor here. It was DOA, missing the factory plastics, and had fingerprints on it. They refused an exchange 24hrs later, stealing $250 from me by doing so. Shop Amazon instead.

I had a great experience purchasing a laptop for work. The store manager made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed while providing a great conversation. I'd definitely go back based on this visit.

About product service: Took a child’s laptop to Best Buy for repair, purchased there 10 months ago. We were told we would get it back in 30 (Thirty) Months! Yes, 2.5 YEARS!
