I hate going to that branch in Hammond on Kennedy. Their ATMs NEVER work!!! I deposited money today and didn’t give credit for the full amount, I go inside to inform the teller and they act like they don’t care! Only excuse they game me was that “ ATM machine is old” Which I find sickening, like really you’re a bank!!!! Get new machines, never again!!! Thinking about taking my money elsewhere! Sad because I’ve been a customer for over 10yrs.

Always very fast service with the tellers inside this branch. Some of them do need to be a little more friendly to customers, but majority of them are pleasant.

I went here just to be denied service because I had a paper ID because my old one was expired and just got a new one. I needed money for my car and could not get to it. I didn’t get the name but those managers are rude and unprofessional! I go to the one in Merrillville and instantly they accept and are very kind! Can Hammond please just get new staffing!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. No greeting, hello, good morning, has the overall I don't want to be bothered feel. Then when you do finally get to a teller no one wants to HELP. Terribly SAD.

I hate going to this bank! I work near it but I rather go out of my way to avoid most of the staff! The ladies are so rude! Specially a fuller teller with brown hair and glasses I don't know her name but if you had bad service it's her. I'm not sure why but she's always rude to EVERYONE! The only exception is Anna and a blonde lady. If you need help go to them! If there not there might as well wait for another day because you won't get anything done.

What crappie service...i waited in line 25 minutes while the cashiers just talked about their personal life...when I finally got to the window they wouldn't let me make a deposit in my friend's account because I wasn't a customer . ... How ridiculous . ..I'm never coming back
