If i could give this place 0 stars i would, the store is good dont look at me wrong but the management is corrupt from the DM and up and Loss Prevention, now as a former employee i was fired and I want to throw racism into it for the simple fact I wasn't given a chance to redeem myself when there were people who messed up large amounts of money and was given chance after chance and I get no chance cuz I'm white and they wanted to get rid of me, they wanted to get rid of me for a whole year and finally had the chance to and jumped on it. Not only that but LP ILLEGALLY PRESSURED me into signing a agreement id pay the company $5000, I wouldve never signed that but I was pressured and I will be suing. Next i go to church and our first 2 store managers understood that and didn't schedule me on Sundays but our newer store manager decided to make me work Sundays and claims she didn't know and I know that was a lie and that's illegal that goes against the civil rights law as Religious discrimination and so im suing for that too. This company is full of fraud and lies plus we was told we'd get $200 on our checks for winning the candy contest which was also a lie we got nothing we was lied to so manager could get her bonus. Wait there's more they constantly and weekly remove hours and leave a manager by themselves for an hour or 2 sometimes 3 making it an unsafe work environment and the DM pockets that extra money. Family Dollar is failing as a company and I'd like to help with my lawsuit in which I'm waiting for my lawyer to call me this company is absolutely disgusting. I was the best employee they had and they just screwed me like I was nothing and I brought service into the store, yeah I may have made a mistake but I promised to fix it and obviously they didn't care and proved my point, they are greedy and selfish people. I'd love for the CEO to step in and start firing people, fire Tina to start replacing her with someone who can ACTUALLY run a business and not also cheap out and actually staff a store. Don't look at me wrong I loved the customers and the people I worked with but it's about time someone does something plus they owe me my walkie talkies back that I PAID for in full nobody helped so I want those returned to me or I get paid for them. I highly recommend people do not spend their money there as they also false advertise their prices because corporate is greedy. I really hate to have to drop a dime on the company but it must be said I've had enough, I've seen it all it's mostly the white people getting screwed over. Look at the last white man that was there he was promoted to manager with absolutely no training you refused to train him HELL I trained him and I wasn't even a manager then and yall strip him of his manager position instead of training him now I bet If he was black it would be different and I'm sick of racism going on. I really don't want to say anything bad about the Store manager I liked her she was good but I did get lied to by her actually twice. So hopefully something is done about this is really hate to have to sue but I will but if we can come up with a agreement I'd drop the lawsuit starting with tearing up that paper I signed and I'd be fine with remaining fired but yall need to start thinking about other instead of yourselves like yall messed up my life and I'm suffering from emotional damage dealing with this crap I would sue for that too if I could but I can't thinking about what I could've said or done at the time of talking to LP but the man kept me under pressure, I know how they work they try to lie and make you tell on yourself like some kind of cop and I should've called my lawyer right then and there so we can start by ripping up that agreement that I was illegally pressured into signing.

I visited this family dollar this morning about 8am or so. I walked in and the so called “store manager “ never greeted me as I entered this store. I continued on with my shopping and when I finished I went up to pay for my items. This “so called manager by the name of Derrick never even said a word not even a Good Morning just started ringing my items up so I say “ u most not be a morning person “ he say why u say that?? U never greeted me at all claims I didn’t see u come in but I was confused because you saw me at the register and never gave me no Good customer service. I told him whoever made him a manager should of never did that because he’s horrible as a manager and continue to express what a horrible customer service he has and a horrible manager he is all he can say was get out which was funny because I was already leaving since I paid for my items. I tried doing a survey but I would really like to speak with corporate because Family Dollar has to do better with promoting people to be leaders. If it wasn’t for the public they wouldn’t have jobs. If your not a morning person get another job and work on your customer service. I’m a manager at where I work and we don’t act like this man. Corporate get some better leaders to run your store. I will never be back here again .

BEWARE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!The Price on the shelf isn’t what rings up , we spent over 150 today and half the items were ringing up way more then the price listed on the shelf , also they push back coupons , I clipped coupons and they didn’t take at the register, this location is scamming folks BEWARE

The store is overcharging for Frito Lay products where the price is listed on the package. They are aware of the issue but refuse to correct it.Also, this is another Family dollar that does not have a working credit card system that allows tap to pay or Apple Pay. This is unacceptable and there has been no resolve to the issues after repeated complaints.

The staff lady pulls a gun out on me after I left the store. Claims she Thought I was stealing. When I just talked to her at the front register with the items she thought I was stealing. I came for a return. Might I add she denied my return and gave me a bogus excuse. I made a police report but I’ve yet to hear back from police. I guess she just gets away with it .

I have a bias opinion, the workers are great, store kept clean. Location is a killer for this store, not enough security, and it's a very low paying store. So it is what it is, they usually have what you need.....

Fairly clean store, outside could be kept better but inside is neat and everything readily available.
