First Financial is doing a good job in the post covid world. They are continuing to focus on customer service and banking needs. They're not trying to Branch out into other areas since they're just staying focused on what they do best. I am frustrated that they have enacted and overdraft charge and for the first time in 6 years I had one. But that was more because of organization due to so many automatic withdrawals. If any financial institution would come up with a good way to monitor the financial withdrawals so that they don't cause other drafts that would be the bank that everyone would go to. Maybe First Financial can do that.

If I could give negative starts I would.. This place is all about fees. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to my worst enemy. I have never heard of a place that couldn’t reverse or waive a fee. Over $1200 in fees and they say we can give you a $70 credit. Thanks a lot.

I had an issue with my account, and the manager Regina went above and beyond to help me get my situation dealt with. I thank her and the team at this branch they are always pleasant and kind I love having an account with First Financial Bank.

The bank is horrible to begin with. The app lags, never shows thing in real time. You’ll think your balance is a certain number only to log back in to find a debt from three days ago was just added while it should’ve been added the day of purchase. They are excessive with overdrafts fees so beware. They do not care either what bills you can’t pay because of their overdraft as they will say it’s not their fault. They will not refund. I highly suggest finding another bank to bank with. Even chase sounds better right now.

I give it no stars... I assumed that they would be closed for Veterans Day, however your online said you would be open today. So, I and I guess a lot of others who saw that online because there were quite a few people also trying to bank at the drive thru drove there only to find it CLOSED.

I usually never need to go inside the bank, but when I do there is always such a long wait. It takes a long time to even be acknowledged let alone helped.
