Public information online is rarely updated to reflect closings, no free atm for members, frequently crediting my account erroneously for a credit card company I do not use or mistakenly crediting my account thinking I am another member. Plus, they have no bank envelopes. Lastly, screaming your account number over the intercom in drive up is a security breach which is how drive-up associates request access to your account.

We refinanced our truck through them. Their customer service is horrible. First all the information they gave us to manage the loan online did not work. .Then they told us we could not do anything online because we did not have a checking account through them. They offered a skip a payment for the holidays. Held onto the form.i sent back for over two weeks before they told us we would have to send a check for the fee even though the loan comes out of our account as an auto pay. Then they held onto the check I sent and not only did they cash the fee check but also.took the loan payment when it was skipped. I got nothing but stupid excuses when I called to ask why. I would never use them again. My experience was at the Valpo.branch.

I went for a job interview after being called 3 times by recruiter. I spent hour and half with some woman . She told me they was not looking for someone with a lot of teller experience because of previous bad habits they may have. After waiting weeks to hear from recruiter as I was told I would. I finally was able to reach the recruiter. I was told they was looking for someone with strong teller experiences

I've been a loyal customer here for some time (almost 15yrs) and that will soon change. Yes I do know loans and crediting are a strenuous process and not always approved. They have lenders, credit advisors, and majority a great staff. I've made a family with the lot of them and made strides in my credit because of their endless help and available staff. When I married I kept my account instead of joining the same bank my husband has, and I still swore by this place.Yesterday was different, though. While I had someone trying to understand and go out of her way and see that I got the help I needed. I was also in the introduced to a different kind of worker, one that literally held the door open and told me to go to another bank for my needs. I literally walked out in tears.I have been here for years (since I was 19) and I have been doing what I can and listening to their advisors and I have come a long way from my low credit. I have had my account in good standing the whole time here. I've recommended people here. I am also on first name basis with a couple of staff members. So not only did it bother to be rejected after doing what they told me, but it hurt on a different level after this experience.1 They could no longer help me nor point me in the right direction, after advising me earlier in the year, to follow certain steps and come back in December for the help I needed.2 The only solution they could offer would only have negative effects on my credit and my finances but "at least it would be something"3 My time and my progress didn't make a difference and even if I kept doing what they asked me to do they still "wouldn't be able to do much"4 Finally the straw that did it and the reason for the 1 star rating, was being told that maybe my husband can open an account and help, and when I said he had his own at his bank, he held that door open and said maybe I should go there in a condescending tone. It's a sad truth, but maybe he was right. Time to leave and bank somewhere else.***UPDATE***I left my account open for convenience & in 3yrs I have seen staff fully evolve for the better. The tellers are sweeter, and getting the help & service I need (even if denied) is NOT just someone holding the door telling me to bank somewhere else or ask my husband to open an account while I'm trying to ask about mine. It was unprofessional from a higher up in the company, and I'm happy to see new faces dealing with the community.

First of all, I wish I could give this place half a star... I used to work here and banked here for over 5 years. Not long but I liked them so I stayed. I did close my account out. The employees here after I quit would just come and go so often I got so tired of it. I did try, in a moment of desperation, to reopen my account with them and I was able to talk to Dana. Dana is an awesome employee there and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana. However, Kayla is absolutely horrible!! Just terrible. I was there to speak with Dana but she wasn't there. I should have left when I saw she wasn't there. I ended up with Kayla. She was unknowledgeable and short with me and my husband. She is the main reason I decided to bank with Member Source. Which by far is a way better credit union if you ask me. Just check the reviews. Kayla is not the person you should go to if you're new and want to open your account there at Regional. I don't understand why she even has that power to open accounts. She should stay in the back and never have any dealings with members at all. Her attitude almost made me snap but I kept it together because I have other business to take care of. Kayla at Regional is an absolute joke and a very Horrible employee. It would be a great day to see her gone. I'm not worried because they don't keep employees longer than a few years. I absolutely hate that I can't get back the 8 minutes I wasted talking to Kayla. Sorry not sorry. If you're new and looking for a great credit union with professional staff I would suggest Member Source Credit Union. Shame on you Kayla. Such a shame... That is all.

Everytime I apply for anything they deny me and my credit is to part 100%. I go anywhere else I get approved. I been banking with them for over 10 years and I hate this credit union. It’s always something. Today was my last straw they told me my employer closed down in 2019 or something which is not true. I just got a house a few months ago with my same job. Heck I’m here now at that same job now.

The tellers are not being careful with taking your money out of your account.

Needs to Be 0 stars completely . I used to love this bank. but then i moved outta state. and now everytime i call to try and get help thru the phone, they seem bothered . my debit card broke and i ordered a new One august 16th 2022. upon ordering my new card my address wasnt entered correctly so the card was sent out. but sent to my old address . so the new card was sent back because of human error. i called last week to see where my card is and its now September 17th 2022 . i can barley get gas unless apple pay. and well since i called last tuesday. my walmart pay doesnt work because the bank suddenly doesn’t allow my card to process. this was the only way i was able to buy necessities, food or paying bills etc. and hasnt worked since i called last week. i was then told i had to wait another 7-10 business days for a card. which is totally not right its been a month now. and their should be a solution to fix my issue of me getting any kind of money but their isnt. i plan on getting a new bank cause their customer service to fix this issue was honestly never resolved but making the customer wait long for something anyone needs to live.

Vanessa is super dope. I went in yesterday to get some adjustments made to my account in regards to an automatic account transfer and she stopped what she was working on to help me out and ensure my experience was dope. Hopefully they can continue to hire employees like her.
