Sorry to say that this store pharmacy has gone downhill. Perhaps a change in management or employee discontent but what was once a respectful and efficient staff has become a lackadaisical workforce apparently overwhelmed to the point that excuses have become the norm. When we moved here a few years ago we found the CVS on 45th Street to be rather incompetent but found this location on Ridge Road to be rather exceptional in customer service. After a number of years with this CVS, we've changed to Walmart.
****In advance to an anticipated response from someone at CVS (or maybe an AI manufactured dialogue?), whatever comment may be made, it will ring hollow... The lack of concern for the customer should be a warning to each of us for we are PATIENTS to MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS who have deemed the NEED for specific MEDICATIONS to help us lead healthy lives and keep us alive.****
CVS needs to replace its corporate attitude with one that supports the very patients it intends to profit from.

CVS is my go to pharmacy..However their phone system is horrible..not being able to speak ro the pharmacy department when you need them is very disappointing..you have to wait for a call back..this is very inconvenient...then to top it off the machine talking too you always gets your info.wrong..I wish they would go back to talking to their customers before they lose them to another pharmacy.

Apparently the pharmacist here thinks they know more than my Dr. My Dr prescribed a 10 mg medication but the pharmacist insists on giving me 20mg tablets instead telling me to just cut them in half. I have a better idea, fill the prescription as written! I can't trust CVS to refill a simple prescription correctly in just one visit. They tried to do the same again today even though I called my Dr to make sure the prescription is for 10mg NOT 20 They even tried to tell me that's the way the Dr wrote it. The arrogant attitude and the lying just shows they don't care. There's plenty of other pharmacies in the area,there's absolutely no reason to go here. Update CVS has sent me a link that I'm sure goes nowhere. It's been 4 days and 3 trips to CVS since I first went for my refill. Still no meds and this link is the best they can do. Pathetic!

The automated phone system for the pharmacy is very, very frustrating
After finally being able to talk to someone, the pharmacy assistants were very short in responding to me, very rude. They did not say good morning or thank you when my transaction was finish my conversation. At one time I loved this location, but feeling gs are starting to change.

Personally, I simply adore CVS. Not only do the customer service individuals are well trained, the incentives are spectacular, which will keep me, forever shopping at CVS stores.

Worse pharmacy ever! . Waited all day for a prescription just to inform me they were out of stock until doctor’s office was closed. And couldn’t transfer the meds. Horrible pharmacy

Its a shame that you cant even speak to a pharmacist anymore, you get disconnected. I've tried 3 times to no avail, guess I'll be going back to Walgreens.

I really like this CVS store because they greet customers with a smile. If I have any problems looking for something they will take the time to help you.

Just moved from out of state in March 2024 from Florida and, at this point, I have found this CVS to one be of the best I have used in the past two decades. Very responsive to personal needs and "most generally" pleasant employees in the pharmacy. This is particularly taken in comparison to the CVS on 45th Street where they were totally incompetent in processing an electronic order from my doctor, resulting me in using that location just the once before a friend recommended this CVS.
I will mention that this location is fairly aggressive in promoting vaccines but a simple "no" is respectfully accepted.

Three stars for convenience but prices are seemingly higher than other stores. It’s a plus that they have self check out but sometimes the scales on the machine get jacked up and have to wait for assistance. Never had issues with staff. They are always friendly.

If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The pharmacy manager Samawia is incredibly rude and was confrontational. Her staff falls in that category too, but that’s not a surprise seeing as how their management conducts themselves. Her unprofessionalisn should not be acceptable!!!! As soon as you walk up with anything they are ready with their passive aggressive condescending tones no matter how normal you speak with them about the matter at hand. They lack patience which shows in their actions, their faces, their tones. Whole staff needs to be retrained and attitude adjustment.
