Not only are CVS policies ridiculous, but the staff at this particular CVS Pharmacy has to be the WORST staff in the surrounding areas. Let's start with the Pharmacists who have forgotten what their degree and job description is. EVERY single time it is time for me to get my medication it is a problem. I have yet to understand why I am going to a Dr to get my prescription when Everytime it is time to fill these Pharmacists are deciding whether or not they feel a person is deemed in need of the medication. EVERY single time I have gone in I get questioned as to why I am taking the meds I am taking, they question the staff at my Dr's office, they have gone as far as questioning the Dr himself. They are rude and every single month my meds are delayed because of their antics. I have now transferred my meds to a different pharmacy and I am sure many will follow suit once they begin to experience this themselves. Ladies and gents this is not a one time incident this has been ongoing for several months UNTIL I finally got fed up and decided to go elsewhere and trust me it doesn't happen anywhere else other than CVS. All I can say good luck staying in business if things continue like this.
Now in the front there is a manager who is extremely rude EVERYTIME someone walks in the door. She is a short OLD woman with black hair who's had to be in her 60s or 70s, she is beyond rude. When there is a problem she raises her voice so that the entire store hears what she is saying. She corrects the staff in an offensive manner right in front of the customers. She is dismissive when you are trying to explain the situation.
I refuse to even walk into any CVS at this point. I refuse to continue giving business to a place where the behaves as though they are doing me a favor when it's because of my patronage that they even have employment.
Someone from corporate definitely NEEDS to walk in there and remind them and teach them better costumer service....

The pharmacist here is one of the Nazis creating the Chinese fentanyl market. Refusing prescribed medications to a patient is criminal and immoral.

Every one is very helpful and very polite when they help you so far my experience with this CVS has been a very good one. Thank you CVS for being so kind and thoughtful about my medication needs and my shopping needs.

No smile at the door, no help at checkout, felt very unwelcome when I came to the highland location! Needed a price check at check out I felt like I was disturbing their peace SMH where do they get these people and why do these people want a job that you work around people with a bad attitude or should I say A STANKY ATTITUDE!

I bought 2 identical items, I used my debit card to purchase, once home I noticed that the price marked was clearly different then what I was charged....... CVS overcharged me $6.00 !!!! called store #3835 in Highland IN. Spoke with Denise she told us to bring back items and receipt and store will take care of it

Cystal at the pharmacy is horrible. My sister just had surgery and needed medication and she was very unhelpful!! Her mouth was reckless she was racist! The CVS needs to close! A very bad representation of this company! I see why so many have closed!!

The pharmacy seemed to be racist and lazy. I pull to drive-through. I tell the lady my name and that I only wanted 1 prescription! she goes off tells me that it’s not there. She turns around and tells me to give her my birthday so I gave her my birthday politely. She tells me again your prescription is not here, I say ma’am on my app it states that it’s ready! what’s this location ? So I can verify since she’s telling me it’s not there she then asks again and say how do you spell your name I gave her the correct spelling I take it as she couldn’t find me because she was spelling or looking for my name spelling differently . She then go and find it. Never said “ Oh my fault I was able to find it “ She comes back with two prescriptions. I said, ma’am I told you one she tells me that I didn’t. I tell her I did, you were too busy telling me that you did not have it. She then sends pharmacy tech over. She basically defended her after I stated the lady didn’t want to do her job .” She says she is doing her job” instead of saying “Oh what’s going on she gets smart back instead . I said “ No she wasn't if she was she wouldn't kept telling me that she didn’t have my prescription”, I basically had to do the work to get my prescription. And for the pharmacy tech to tell me oh I hope you have a great rest of your evening. I had a perfectly fine day until I came to your drive thru ! Thank you very much. And for her to have an attitude ALSO is just plain RIDICULOUS ! Obviously me being a black person coming thru picking up my prescription ruin their day just sad !!!Because I was perfectly fine and polite when I pulled up ! I looked at reviews and it’s just terrible feedback with the pharmacy and if I can rate no stars I WOULD GOD BLESS THE EVIL !
