I wish I could give zero stars … so my phones screen went out . The lady at this store lied and said Att took over and charged me 55.00 to take my SIM card out and put it in my old phone. I’ve been trying to reach a supervisor for 3 days… there’s no telling how many foreigners she has scammed out of money when I got my screen fixed they said that is terrible we won’t ever charge anyone to switch devices… especially to just swap sims. This is a greed issue. The only way to inform upper management is to write a review. Do better dirt will always be exposed

I had to get a new phone because my old one was messed up. If you need a new phone and assistance, ask for Nikki. She is very helpful and care about customers. She deserves a raise.

The franklin rd location always seems closed. So to give them a minute to return from the back or restroom, I returned to my car and called the number to see if someone would answer the phone but no one answered. This was around 6:30p.m. on a Friday.

I arrived at the location approximately 5 minutes before the store was supposed to close. A young gentleman greeted me with a smile and professionalism. I later found out his name is Juan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This visit was, by far, the best experience I have experienced at any Boost mobile branch .Juan is amazing. Best customer service I have received in a very long time.

Some people have to understand that the door is closed and open to every customer who walks up to the door, it’s for security purposes! As well as if you see the sign on and no one opens the door it’s probably for 1 or 2 reasons, either there on a bathroom break or getting/ eating there lunch , some people are just ignorants ??♀️

Someone locked door as i walked up. Then another person was able to go inside. I tried to go in again and door was locked again. Stores says open at 10 am. It's 12:41pm. No other boost around. Such an inconvenience. Not sure what not letting me in was about.

Ive been a Boost Mobile customer for a few years and have had no issue with the company. My phone was having some issues so I was debating on upgrading. I happened to be in the area of a different boost mobile store, I went to try to find a new phone only to find out their location was closed despite it being noon on a weekday. This particular location listed on here is closer to my house, so I figured id just go to that one on my way home. Pulled up into the parking lot and got out only to find this location was closed to. I dont know your allowed to just leave whenever, but its super unprofessional. I even talked to a nice gentleman who said he tried to get it in too but it was locked. He said they do it all that time!
