Constantly down, they’re always “working” on it but never get anything done. Should be sending them invoices from the places I have to go so I can actually work from “home.” It’s ridiculous.

Absolutely love this company and how the service has done a 180. From customer support to a stable unlink with minimal outages, im much happier with the new and improved Comcast!

worst customer service, their reps dont have the capacity to think, constantly transfer to wrong departments after putting you on hold or just hanging up
