Stellar customer service! I wandered in AFTER the store was already closed without realizing..Lexi offered to still complete my purchase with zero hesitation. She really helped me out, and I can’t say enough good things about her friendly demeanor.Thank you guys!!

The concept is cute especially as a gift, but obviously not always practical. The fruit are better consumed the day of, because after 2-3 sitting in your fridge condensation happens and the fruit start to soften inside the chocolate.

Man this is so CRAZY!! I placed my order Sunday for my SPECIAL LADY to receive her gift on VALENTINES DAY but it's 9 o'clock P.M. and THEY STILL AINT DELEVERIED IT!!!! I know it's a busy day and all but the day is almost over!! This got me so upset I will NEVER EVER DO THIS AGAIN?

Just picked up an order ! My wife birthday falls on thanksgiving some years and today I thought I wouldn’t be able to gift her with a cake because everything is closed but edible arrangements has the perfect birthday alternatives for cake and cake also. You won’t regret.

10th and Indiana Ave Indianapolis Indiana is a Horrible location management is horrible and I was treated very disrespectful. I ordered a order for my wife for mother's day I made the order a week before so it shouldn't have been no reason why my order should've not been ready..... I called customer service in reference to my order being delivered to my unexpected way of finding out that my order wouldn't be delivered til around 8pm I told the customer service attended that I would like to pick it up. I was told that the store was open til 7pm me and my wife arrived around 6pm at the store when we made it to the store front door a guy looked us in our face an didn't acknowledge us he proceeded to go back in the back several times and still everytime gave us eye contact we knocked on the door several times he would not say anything to us so I called customer service again the attendant tried to call the store still no one answered the phone (ALEX THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT NAME OUTTA ATLANTA GEORGIA)..... Finally after being on hold for over 45 mins and no one answering. I finally got tired and asked the customer service attendant to refund my money with a credit that's the only option I want anything else is unacceptable if I could give it "NO STARS" I would but I will never purchase anything else from this location management is HORRIBLE need to sell to better ownership unhappy prepaying customer....... Never Again ?????

Horrible customer service! My husband purchased a gift for Mother's Day from the 10th st location, and they said it would not arrive at my home until 8pm. My husband then said that he would pick it up instead. He confirmed the time of closing, and arrived an hour early to pick it up. We arrived, and there were at least four employees there, that proceeded to ignore our attempts of contact to pick up our arrangement. After several times of trying to get acknowledgement from the employees (eye contact was made with two of the employees). We then contacted corporate, and corporate called the store, and the store manager! Corporate was treated just like us, no response/ignored. I had terrible service from this location twice. This is his first, and last time ever patronizing this store. Two thumbs down for the 10th st store manager and crew.

Was not very happy with a birthday day arrangement that I ordered a wrong card was sent with my basket and the fruit was not a very well quality . Will make my own next time and probably spend less money. Never received my money back on the mix up either

new management for the Downtown Edible location with all new vibes! They always have the smoothie bar stocked and make my favorite salted Carmel apple bites when I call ahead. I Have been enjoying going there for my snacks and sweet surprises for everyone else :) smoothies so good !

Was very disappointed stood at the front of the store for about 5 minutes, then one employees comes out an wasn't very knowledgeable about what they had didn't really know how to make a smoothie On top of that they was a little pushy when ask if I could get this or that, I understand the people Shirtages but damn atleast act like you enjoy the job

I ordered a valentines day bouquet over two weeks ago to get here on 2/14/22. Its 2/15/22, still has not arrived and was not able to give my wife that special gift. No updates and the store didnt pick up when i called.
