I've been paying for the extra protection for many years. I wanted to simply know what my tax bracket was. I made several phone calls to H & R Block and left messages. Nether time did I receive a response back. I am glad it was a simple question and not a more serious issue. Thank you.

My taxes were not filed by the deadline as promised. Communication was poor. I was given just a few hundreds off my filing payment. But wasn't enough. My ratings below are in regards to the original tax person I worked with. But Bobbie the 2nd person was great and took care of us.

I honestly was not impressed by the person with H & R that prepared my taxes last year. But it was quick and affordable so I decided to give it another try and ask for a new person. I worked with Patricia this year and she was quick and organized. We were able to handle everything online which was very efficient for me. I will come back again next year and will ask for her again.
