Came in for a quick checkup and alignment after I hit a curb on a snowy day.
Didn’t even have reservations, but luckily it was done in about an hour or two.
Everything was straightforward, no bs, quick service, reasonable pricing, and happy customer.
Will definitely recommend.

Will never return. Tried to say tires were too old to repair. They were bought in December 2018. From the same company, just a different branch. They would not let it be covered under their warranty due to it being 6 years old. The tire only had around 15k on it. Daughter brought her car there and said the tires were 10 years old, but the Dealer had just installed them 5 months back.
To follow up on your response, no, I did not make a mistake. This was your branch and the one off 931 in Kokomo, with the customer lounge designed for old men who drink coffee and wait for their cars to be repaired.

I brought my car in because I hit a pothole end my alignment was off. The car would make noise when I turned and was pulling to the right. When I picked my car up from best one. My car was doing the exact same thing. The guy at the front desk told me that I needed to have my tires rotated but charged for the alignment when it was doing the exact same thing as before.

My company sent me to Best One of Indy to have my tires on my work truck replaced. Kory and the team were great! We placed an order for tires that weren't rated for my weight of truck and Kory immediately noticed when I pulled up to the shop. He let me know those tires weren't rated for my 3/4 ton and offered to order the correct ones right away. He had them in stock the very next day and they were even able to squeeze me in for an appointment at the last minute. As for the service, they had it done in under and hour. The customer service and quality of work were top notch from the entire team and I'll be stopping by when I need tires for my personal vehicle too.
Update: since my original review, I did in fact take my personal truck in for new tires AND the price was cheaper than the competition. I made my appointment online and selected the tires I liked and they arrived the next day. When I arrived to have them changed I also had an alignment done and both services were completed in a very quick timeframe. The staff was friendly as always and I love the tires I chose. The personal truck and the work truck both ride great work the new tires.

These guys at Best-One Indy on E. Havens are great! 5 hours from home (Ohio) with a flat and these guys fixed me up and in a very timely manner. Also, a big shout out goes to Kody at the front desk, top notch guy! Thanks guys!

Cannot thank and recommend Best One Kokomo enough. Broke down on a Thursday night on the way to Indianapolis. They were able to diagnose and fix my car in time for me to pick it back up on the way home Sunday. Quick, professional, accurately priced service.

Brought my car for an alignment. They told me the ball joint was bad so I had them replace it and bought two new tires and had them rotated to the back. In the process of changing the ball joint they ripped an axle boot which had I not asked to look at things while it was on the lift it would not have been caught despite everything being covered in newly slung axle grease. They did fix that but I was stuck in Kokomo a few more hours despite them having the car for almost 2 days at that point. Then about a month later I was getting a noise from my rear end. Pulled over and found that Every lugnut was coming loose. The fronts hadn’t loosened because I did the brakes and properly torqued them. Now just 6 months or so later, the ball joint they replaced is shot and when I went to replace it there’s hardly any grease in it. Then shortly after the hub started making noise. Found the axle nut was hardly tight and allowed movement that fried the hub bearing. I called about it and never got a call back. So $500 for two new tires, a ball joint, and an alignment, and I’m going to need another alignment and am replacing the ball joint yet again and have already ate the cost of a bus hub bearing because of the techs incompetence. Bunch of hacks.

Best One is the only place I take my Cadillac. The guys are great and the service top notch. The price is always reasonable and in my budget. I choose Best One over the dealership because of the quality of service.
