This McClure station is absolutely fantastic ?? huge shout out to all it's employees! I'm going through tough times and travel 10 miles a day to and from work by bicycle. I get a little tired and a little cold so I ll occasionally stop here to grab a coffee or a quick bite. But what really draws me to this particular station is it's employees. Not just one but the ENTIRE staff. From am to pm they all are extremely courteous, helpful and kind. Just today, one specific employee must have thought I looked hungry (little did he know, I'm a cook and literally eat all day) and offered me some of his delivery pizza. I'm pretty sure gas station attendant jobs don't pay much so I was absolutely floored by his kindness and generosity. That is just an example of the kind of environment this particular station exhibits. It's these small acts of kindness that keeps me positive and brings me a little happiness. Thanks to all of you for never judging and always allowing me a warm quiet place to sit and sip my coffee.

I went into this store to buy cigarettes, the cashier asked for my iD at 53 I do t mind this as much as I did when I was younger... then she demanded to see my debit card claiming to make sure it wasn't stolen... the issue I have is she did not look for my name on the card but started looking at the back with my security number, expiration date and number. My name is not back of the card when I said something her and the other employees became argumentative. I will not be returning to this location. They treated me like I was a thief for no reason and I'm not sure but felt like they were trying some shady stuff. I will be contacting my bank and monitoring my transactions after this visit

On multiple occasions I've had difficulty paying with a credit card/debit card at their pumps. Pump number 12 totally froze up on me earlier tonight when I attempted to pre pay with my credit card. I kept touching the credit card option on the screen but it would then say: Debit card Y or N? No matter which option I choose, the screen totally froze on me. The teller in the store said that he could tell on his end that the screen was frozen. Pump number 10 worked fine.

Cashier was extremely rude and cursed at me because she was busy and I asked for an item behind counter. Will not be back

I like McClure on the bypass in Marion because it's easy to get into the people are friendly the stores usually clean and the prices are usually lower than other gas stations

Pump 8 wasn't working. Went inside guy said he knew the pump wasn't working. I Asked why he didn't teach behind him and grab one of those out of order bags then instead of letting people try to use thier cards and pumping gas.
