“I have been banking with this company for nearly 20 years. Usually they are fast a curtious. Today, after 18 years of receiving change from them, they tell me that is against their store policy because the company I work for does not bank with them even though I was cashing a check from said company at the time. This is the first time this has ever happened. I offered that I could just withdraw the money from my account then, and they refused to bank with me even if it was my own money. “Excellent Customer Service!!! Scotty, Lindsay, and Team are amazing. Recently had an issue with an automatic payment that keeps hitting on different schedule. They were polite and understanding helped me reverse one payment and reschedule another draft fee. I've banked with several different banks over the years. Fifth Third is Hands down the Best Bank Ever, and a good one at any rate but the team at the Greenfield Branch take it to Next Level Service. A++++ You Are Appreciated”

“We like Chase bank because there seem to be many around the United States. We like that, in most of them, you do get a face-to-face with an actual person. However, if you like to have the technology part and maybe don't like to stand in a line for a person, you can always use the handy automatic teller's that are in the lobbies and the foyers. The online bill pay and the use of an app make it really nice and easy for you to use them and, they will link to many of the budgeting software programs. Overall, we like Chase bank.”
