This store was absolutely dirty! Trash and clothes every where. As soon as we walked in today it smelled like a very dirty diaper. The only reason we checked out this store was because we got a coupon from the Children’s Museum’s Haunted house. Cashier questioned my coupon for a free book. I will stick to Anderson’s Once Upon a Child.

This place is a mess. The smell that hit me in the face when we walked in was disgusting. Clothes and hangers all over the floor. They quoted us a 8 hour wait on our buy lol. I get places are busy a short staffed but this is ridiculous. On top of the 8 hour wait we have to return at 8:30 “no matter what” is what we were told. Employees are god awful rude and it’s sad. Do better.

Nope .. Still a mess and on top of that nothing is cleaned up and the restroom for customers is disgusting.
Unsanitary conditions.
Crowded .. dirty clothes missing buttons all sold. This place needs to be cleaned up .
There are still very Rude people that work here. They should smile alot more regardless of the job or task at hand.
Heck I could find nicer old grumpy people hating their jobs ..Not only do they take apart 2 piece outfits but they also don't add complete pieces to games toys and books they divide then try to be like oh I didn't know and not pay for them....It's too bad there isn't anywhere else that pays decent for used children's stuff.. If you can have a garage sale or sell on Facebook do it.. Stay away from these scammers cheapskate people. They will rip you off.
If you do sell take pictures of everything prior and have them show you what they want to buy.. good luck

Went in there today. Place smells awful, all the clothes were old and stained and smelled like cigarette or old musty house. Everything was un organized, boys clothes in with girl clothes. Outrageously priced for used, out of style clothes or dirty nasty toys. Asking like $12 for old used shoes. Save your time and don’t bother going to this store. Waste of time. Needs shut down. Gross.

I stood at the counter for at least 7 minutes waiting to be greeted and to pay for items while the employee sat on a stool having an in depth personal conversation on her phone. She was so involved in this conversation that even after she stood up and took some dropped off items from another lady she still did not notice me standing there Nor did she ever once look up to see if she had a customer standing at the register that was wanting to spend their money at this store. Was never acknowledged until I spoke up as I was leaving without purchasing items. I won't go into a business and have to ask to be checked out to spend my earned money. Did not purchase this day and will never return!

I brought in clothes from my girls that cost $10-$20 a piece, they took 47 outfits and gave me $30. That’s .65 cents an outfit.. You’re better off selling these things on Poshmark/Facebook rummage.
