Due to some piece of slime getting into my business debit card -- I had to get a new one! CSB was wonderful in helping get a new card and the whole process only took less than fifteen minutes!! Thank you CSB!

Update: Not so happy with this bank anymore. Switching over to 1st FinanciaI.Citizens offer no money orders. Wont let you use cash to pay rent? Charged me 32$ overdraft fee for a 5$ charge that I warned them was coming and was a mistake by Peacock. Peacock.was in the process of refunding me, I sent the bank the email proving this and they charged me anyhow. Clearly, dont care about the customers. That was not right.Going to drive through, a lady was doing our transaction..then just drops us so she can go to lunch and someone else had to take over..like really? I give up.love this bank. No hidden fees

Has been good for business deposits for ten years then starts a new policy “not to accept cash deposits from my tenants to my account”. This was done without any notice to me as the business owner or any of my tenants. They say they are addressing security issues but cannot provide “one” example of how the deposit method we have used successfully for ten years presents a risk. What Banks Do You Know Do Not Accept “cash”!!! Especially since we have operated this way for ten years. It is going to cost me $2,500.00 to set my business up with a another bank as I have to purchase all new deposit books for my tenants. Message To Citizens Bank - I would like you to cover this expense!!!!

I have been with them a few years now and I feel I have only talked to 2 people that have been super nice and helpful I call my local branch and cant ask a simple Question without them being Rude I don't understand I trust them with MY money and they wanna act like this

HORRIBLE banking institution. Tried to charge me $10 to cash a check that comes FROM Citizens Bank. I would understand if the check had NO affiliation with Citizens but that’s not how they see it. This business wrote me a check which IS a check from their establishment/business. So the business has an account with them yet wants to charge $10 their customers clients TEN dollars to cash their checks!!!! Wow I’m sure your banking fees for your “loyal customers” are through the
