Great hours, decent customer service, nice features to keep you informed about your balance. I’ve NEVER had an overdraft with them in over a decade. Deposits and expenses go through the same day almost invariably. Other prominent banks around town seemed to intentionally hold items until putting them through when it would create an overdraft. Only complaint I have is I wish they had a few ATMs around.

This was the first time I've ever had a bank account somewhere. The people that work there are extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. I'd recommend this bank to anyone.

Do not recommend this bank. Had a payment that got sent there unfortunately and I can't access anything on the app. Just can check the balance. That's it. No way to transfer the money. They reopened my account without calling me, waited until 10 days after the account was open to send me a letter, and took money out without telling me why or what for! I can't use the money until I go in and withdraw it because I don't even have an active card for there anymore.

I went in to ask the teller a question about my account well the teller rudely tells me to wait till they open it’s just a question and u open in two minutes I am considering getting a new bank maybe one who can answer a question without being rude and unprofessional!

I reported my card stolen on July 20th. Today is August 9th and I still do not have access to any of my money in my checking account. I have jumped through hoops trying to get my new card and they sent it to the wrong address!! I'm very very upset and no one is helping me.
