This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple issues with both personal and business accounts. When you get one issue resolved your in to the next one. I would not recommend. And to be clear it’s the bank itself, not a specific branch I’ve had issues with.

No Customer Service! Inconsistent policies! Hold on checks should not be put when you’ve been banking with the same bank for almost a year…
I have never had a problem until I went to this branch in New Haven. It’s terrible. You could look at my account and see the history and the same deposits every month but the lady the manager wanted to put a hold on my checks out of nowhere and I had no time to go to the other bank, where they know me by face.
I tried to explain to the lady but it did not good, it was ridiculous. Terrible Customer Service do not ever go to this branch in New Haven, Indiana the manager is awful! I even told her I would take the checks back if they couldn’t make them available immediately she was taking forever. I don’t know what she was looking for, but she obviously didn’t know where to find it because I had to take the checks and leave she refused to make them available right away and I’ve never had that problem before ever!
Try to explain I was in a hurry tried to explain the history. She could’ve easily looked at the accounts faster but she was not looking at them correctly because if she looked at the right account, she would’ve saw all of these deposits so I’ll close my bank account.

This bank is my new bank family! I went in there ROARING one day, I was so mad that I had gotten screwed over about something.. they all urgently scrambled to help me even. Ever since , I feel like I have been friends with one of the girl tellers, and they are always so pleasant! Its nice to be treated good from a lil bank family like that!

Amazing customer service! I went in today to open a checking account. I brought my two year old with me, who did not want to sit still while I was opening the account. The employees there were fantastic! One employee even got down on the ground to color pictures with her! Everything was quick is easy. I really liked that they make the debit cards instantly, instead of waiting for it to be mailed.

I used to feel comfortable banking here, when it was Grabill Bank, not anymore. They've sold out too many times which has brought unfavorable services and the worst customer service. Employee ASHLEY is the WORST I've ever came across. Very unprofessional, unknowledgeable, impatient, the list goes on! My recommendation would be to stay far away from this banking institution and even farther away from their awful employees. You need to trust where you put your money. This is just not the place.

This bank has changed names and owners 3 times in less than 7 years. Very unstable with poor customer service. Not going threw another change with them again. Changing banks. Advise you to consider it also
