Getting help at this store is impossible at times. I was looking at buying some modular tool boxes and only a couple of the different sized boxes were on display. I asked if they had the others and they said they did but they were unsure of their location as the location in the computer was wrong. We did manage to find one of the boxes in the lighting department but couldn't find the other two. I ended up leaving and ordering online.

Last couple of times I've been, a lot of aisles have been cluttered. It didn't just look like inventory that was being put on the shelves. All of the flat carts in the lumber department were taken up byy these items.Im hoping things will be back to normal. It never used to be this way.

Always enjoy going to this store. Give 5 stars but hate self check out. I will have to downgrade the store unless they open cashier positions. Self check out is a nightmare for retired people!!!!!

Several weeks ago, a business partner and I were in this store. We needed help, so I flagged down a young lady named Alex and asked for assistance. Her response was to roll her eyes and say "what do you need?" We pointed out the product we needed, which was in top stock. At that point, she simply walked away from us without saying anything and never came back. I saw her later somewhere else in the store, so I knew she had just blown us off. I mentioned my experience to another employee and they made it clear that this Alex is always that way. It's really sad when someone who is so customer service challenged is allowed to continue to set such a poor example for a store. I wasn't going to leave this review, but instead bring up my experience with an ASM or manager during my recent visit several days so. But, when I asked another young employee if an ASM or store manager was available, she said "Why?" What kind of response is that? Pathetic. Below is the response. I wasn't really sure why Lowe's wanted me to call the 800 number, but I tried and got a complicated series of prompts, which culminated in a recording telling me I would have to wait an hour to talk to someone. I'd give zero stars if possible. Been using this store since it opened, but no more. Incredible incompetence at every level, from basic service to management. No knowledgeable sales people available, with very few exceptions. Merchandise stacked in the aisles, parts in the wrong bins, lumber stacks a mess, the simplest request is treated like a burden. Save yourself time and aggravation, use the local hardware store or Carters lumber, even driving 30 minutes to Menards is a better option.

Stopped in to get keys made, wow did the cost for one of them go up. Asked multiple associates where to get key and got different answers. One of them called in so I stood there and picked out my own 2 out of 3 key blanks, Pretty standard kwickset and schlage. Took awhile but the associate was nice and knew what he was doing. They didn’t have one of the keys I needed which is understandable. Recommend the self help kiosk by the registers. Top but 2 then they will offer you a discounted price for more if you need more.

Lowes management at this Lowes needs to find new jobs. They definitely don't know how to manage. I have expected 2 different deliveries from this store within 1 1/2 months and they couldn't do either. The first was a riding mower that I had to take the day off to wait for it. I called the store at 430 and i was given an excuse that it was on the wrong truck and i would get it later in the week. I cancelled the order. Next was a stove I bought my wife to match the micro and fridge. I had to wait a month and I did. The day before it was to be delivered, I had Habitat pick up our old stove. Guess what... I got an email the morning of delivery saying my delivery won't be until another 2 weeks. I of course called the store and talked to a so called ASSistant manager because the manager doesn't get there until 11:00am. The ASSistant tells me that they don't know when it's going to be delivered. BTW my wife had to take the day off this time. and I have no stove thanks to them and how they communicate with their customers. I will be going to Menards from now on. Lowes has lost ALL my business.

Tried to find out if they had a Craftsman Cabinet in stock $449 price, After being on hold for 20 min and being told twice just a minute they hung up :(Amazon will be delivering Tues free for $422.

NEGITIVE 10 STARS (had to put 1 to post seems fare)NEVER do business with Lowe's even contacted corperate and not 1 response I can't stress enough to not do business with Lowe's I was warned but didn't listen regret every bit of it now I'm out 1800 n my 71yr old dad lives with just a toilet now

We bought an electric stove on Wednesday the 10th. and they schedule to delivery on Thursday, because they offer next day delivery. I went Thursday evening and the guy from appliances told me that I need to reschedule because at the warehouse they do not load the stove on the truck, I called de 1800 number and after 20 minutes waiting and jumping between service representatives, transferring my call to different extensions and the call dropped , I got noting. On Friday twice because on the system show that was on transit and suppose to get it that day. Saturday evening I went again and I spoke to the store manager and hopefully we can get our stove today.I don't want to hear "sorry" I want results, because whit sorry you don fix anything.UPDATE about my complain.Thanks to the Store Manager Jorge Arauz, who helped me out, they finally resolve the issue, and I'm really happy with that

It's a Lowe's and it's in Plymouth. The only other options within 30 miles or so is ACE Hardware. And they're more expensive but more knowledgeable and can help. Welcome to Plymouth good luck ?
