This guy is money hungry and helps in no way. He wanted to charge me $100 just to come get my belongings from my vehicle after I had to get it towed. I couldn't afford it so a pastor was willing to pay the fee for me and when he called this guy to get the payment process going he told the pastor it was $200! This guy cares 0 about anything but getting a buck.

This body shop /tow company are rude and they do anything they can do to prevent you from getting your car back after they tow it and will not allow you to get your personal belongings from your car unless you take them to court so now they have your house keys and address and bank cards they are not trust worthy at all.so we will be taking them to court.

Extremely helpful. Customer service great. Work done is always top of the line. The atmosphere is always friendly an informative. Always going out of their way to help in anyway possible. Family owned with ties to the community. I have been a very pleased customer since 1981.

Very helpful and friendly to us when we were out of town and our son accidentally backed my truck into a ditch while we were gone and needed a tow.They even complimented on how nice of a young man he was and how he handled the situation.They even offered to hold their billing invoice until I could submit it to my insurance company and see if they would cover it under our roadside assistance policy.

After reading the reviews collins must be in with new harmony law enforcement. Similar thing happened with us my truck was impounded even though there was someone there that could drive it home sat around 5..called to pick up around 7..was told buy owner he did not have the tow ticket and that they were closed..and to call on mon .so went mon at 9.15 when they opened to get the truck and they charged me $150 for the tow then another $105 for storage.they charged me for storage for sat..sun and mon even though I was there mon when they opened they still charged storage for monday.so they forced three days of storage and I could have got it sat. How can they charge for storage when not open to give a chance to pick it up.feller towing only charged me $90 dollars from Evansville to wadesville for the same truck 2weeks ago do not use these guys the take advantage of you and your situation..
