I am a Trucker.On Saturday i woke to my Chiweenie yelping in pain.This continued off and on for a couple of hours.Finally I looked for a vet that’s open and found this place.It’s 10:45 when i walk in the door. Hours are 0800 to noon.I ask for someone to look at my little guy. I am informed thats its a quarter to noon and they are closing.They give me a phone number to some emergency vet 40 miles away.Two things,Although this town is officially in central time zone,They observe eastern time zone because of one of their schools.That is ignorant no matter how you look at it,Second thing is their utter lack of care towards a sick animal. I read the review on here about the Cat having passed because of their attitude and I agree.These people could care less about any animal suffering.All they care about is the dollars on their schedule.In the Almost 7 decades that I have had pets, I have never encountered such disdain at any vets office and as I stated I’m a Trucker,So I have had too utilize vets across this Nation. I do not Recommend you ever take any Animal to this self titled Veterinarian!

Last week went in to see what was wrong with my cat Daisy, was asked if I had a appointment which I didn't, was told to go to a ER clinic which I didn't have time, with in 10 mins I lost her which I will no longer take any of the three other animals in to them

Zero stars if it was an option! Beyond disgusted with what recently happened! My in laws had taken their newish cat to them in to get spayed! They thought she may be pregnant but wasn't too sure! Without any notice at all, they aborted all 5 kittens and only had a week left until birth! No notice or a phone call until after the procedure was done! You should be ashamed of yourself for doing that! Never will I bring my pets to your location! I'd rather pay Purdues high end rates then have any of my pets be in your care!

Much cheaper than Rensselaer pet care. Not as personal, which I would have liked to ask some questions about my cat while I was there, but it was more of a drop off and pick back up later type situation, as I was having her vaccinated and fixed that day. Maybe next time I can interact with the actual vet and ask the questions I need answered.

Iv just started taking our border collie in Animal Care and was very surprised to be able to get in short notice. Pricing is very reasonable and staff is great and the doctor as well iv been told by many different animal hospitals that they are not taking anymore new patients or its a week's to get in . Thank you so much for treating my pet .
