Dr. Raymond is the best doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate, empathetic and does all she can to help. I never feel rushed and her staff is just as kind. If you are looking for a great doctor I cannot recommend her enough.

If I could give not only this office 0 stars, but the whole Fransiscan Alliance entity 0 stars, I would. Recieved a $1,300 bill in the mail for blood work. I have health insurance, pretty good health insurance on top of that. Seen they charged my insurance 1,300 and since it was my second drawing of the year my insurance wouldn't cover all of it. That's not the point. After starting to finally dig into the charges from the past year I noticed some pretty disturbing things.First, the cost of my doctors visit now is timed? By that I mean they charge you by how many minutes your in the office. So for an example the last visit I was there for about 45 minutes, waiting most of the time as usual, and the visit before that the charged me for only a half hour. So how is that my financial responsibility because you schedule more people than you can take care of in that time span. Then I noticed something else. All these anonymous surveys they send me asking about the service they provide me, are not anonymous. As in my doctor knows everything I've complained about to them over the past year. So now how am I supposed to be comfortable and confident seeing my doctor knowing she could have animosity toward me. In a note about my blood work the doctor mentioned the survey, and that I had complained of her services in the past. I completely understand letting the doctors know there patients aren't happy, but to tell them which patients and why is our of line. It leads to a situation where I could not be receiving the care that I'm supposed to over the doctors ego and immaturity. Which I can't help but feel led to my 1,300 dollar bill.I will be looking for a completely new provider not just doctor, and I've been using Fransiscan for the last decade.

If you are going for an annual physical with blood work, avoid this place at all costs.I arrived for my appointment and they recommended for me not to do my blood work there as they have "hospital costs" and it would be more expensive. They then proceeded to recommend me to a lab that is out of network for my insurance. Finally, I scheduled an appointment with quest for the blood work. I called to have them fax the directive to quest the day prior to my appointment so quest would know what labs they are testing for. I arrived to my appointment only to be informed that this Franciscan location never faxed my directive.I will never return.

Empathy is not a strong point with the front desk folks there. The doctor neglected to read the notes to send my medication to a different pharmacy due to change in insurance. The receptionist stated it was a doctor error and didn't apologize or anything. Sorry but customer services still goes a long way and that is why I'm leaving this review.

Been going to this office since they opened years ago. Love the office staff especially Sherry and Michelle but they all have been great! Dr. Elsherif listens to you and cares. I recommend giving this clinic a try and see for yourself.

Highly disappointed! I have a sick mother who sees Dr.Raymond. I’ve called several times over the past few months and I am always told that someone from the office will call me to discuss my concerns. I have yet to ever get a return call. Just called again on Monday (3/21) to be told they understand the urgency of my concerns and I would hear from someone later that day. It’s Wednesday and I haven’t heard from them yet. My mother is currently admitted to hospital because of what I described. Glad she’s not my doctor and hopefully my mom changes to a doctor that looks at her symptoms. My mom died on 3/28 without ever receiving a call back from Dr. Raymond or anyone in her office as promised.

I have never had a negative experience with any staff at this office and I see three practitioners there: Dr. Raymond, Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Perkins. Each and every one of the physicians go above and beyond to make sure needs are met and questions are answered appropriately. I have seen Dr. Raymond the longest and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about how attentive she is and how she truly values knowing me as a person on top of my health issues. I would recommend all of them!

The staff was friendly, and Dr. Dana was awesome. I'm sure that all days are different based on circumstances, but I got called back very quickly, and I didn't have to wait long for the doctor either.I can't say enough about the doctor; she listens and takes time to discuss and explain.

Nurse practitioner was useless. First visit as a new patient: Dr wasn’t available so they asked us to meet with NP. Had to wait a week for an appointment for broken bone in foot and prescription refill for other non pain issue. This is our first experience as a new family of patients. No exam really to speak of. She told me a to call a number to get a possible X-ray appointment. This is crazy as a I cannot walk easily and I had already taken off work to make this appointment. The icing on the cake was that she sent my prescription to a pharmacy in another state. I wasted time going to the Walgreens to keep checking on my refill. Finally they said she sent it to another state. No answer at doctors office this morning when I tried to get them to redo the prescription. Still can’t walk. Had an equally frustrating experience on the pediatric side. I was Supposed to get a referral for my son that didn’t come and then they actually told me to make another appointment to go over everything for my son after his birthday which is in less than 2 weeks. Great, So no help. No referral and another missed day of work and school. It’s too late to switch for another year. I hope this isn’t indicative of the care we will receive once moving to Indiana. Not impressed at all.

I’ve always had a hard time finding a primary care physician that actually listened and made relevant recommendations based on my specific health. Dr. Raymond has been more than just a PC doctor, she has been a true advocate for my overall well being! She’s personable, always on time, thorough and accurate! The staff is kind, and has gone the extra mile to accommodate. I call every month for a prescription renewal and have never had a complaint. I highly recommend this facility & Dr. Raymond to ANYONE!!!

Nice facility and lab work is literally right next door. My nurse practitioner was also nice and thorough with my exam.
