I only gave 4 stars because I have tried to call the office several times to speak to an employee. When pressing 5 for other options or to try to speak to an employee, nothing happens. My card has been hacked and I can't reach anyone. I'll have to go to the bank in person. Thankfully, the corporate office caught it and my card has been canceled. But I ought to be able to call my bank. They have the phone system set to where you can't talk to anyone. That should be changed.

Been banking there for years. Love the tellers, anytime I had any problems( which are few and far in between) They have always helped me to figure out what happened on my account. And resolved any issues I had. I highly recommend this Bank

Always been very nice and helpful the few times I’ve been inside. Most of the negative reviews I see could be handled on the Chase app. Which is why I bank here. Probably not the best bank for boomers ?♂️

They are not very customer oriented when it comes to adding someone to your account. They tell you one thing you get what they need take that info back in and its all together different from what they said the last time. Then when you point that out to them they will give you an attitude about it. Whether it be management or not. If it wasn't an all together hassle of changing banks I would've done it weeks ago.

I always have great service when going to the bank in person. But no one will answer the phone when I call. This is very inconvenient as I live 20+mins away and need to schedule an appt. I've been trying to call for 2+weeks. Ugh.

The employees at chase are fairly nice and helpful. However, I spoke with an incredibly rude employee today who was not offering appropriate service. Not to mention, I closed my debit card for fraud and was told I would be sent a replacement, yet she told me one was never requested for me. She rudely explained why I wasn’t able to request one over the phone (even when I just verified all my information).

Tried to open an estate account here, they were handcuffed by Chase policy and could/would not help me. I went to 5th/3rd on a Saturday and they generated an account for me in twenty minutes with no waiting.

Nice layout, nice people . No drive thru very hard for disabled to get out of car to go inside, not open on Saturday. No other branches have. to go all the way across town for ATM. Lost debit card paid for expedited shipping . Should've been here 3 days ago, still not here. Free shipping is 3-5days I could've did free shipping but I needed card in a hurry. Don't answer phones there

This is just the drive-thru section of Chase Bank. Which is located down an alley a little bit away from the circle downtown where the main branch is located. The staff working the drive through are always friendly, and seem like they get the vehicles through fairly quickly. They have an ATM line and several bays to drive thru for your banking needs. The corner lot location and large parking lot area allows for several cars to the line up if need be in each lane. But I have never seen it that busy. Normally you can pull in and either one car or none is in front of you, and get through quickly.
