“I gave a bad review for you guys once and I am still mad about it..there was a screw up it cost over a 1k, I opened my account and I was told there was know way I could over draw which was not true I did overdraw. I was not paying attention to my purchases and I went over a thousand in the hole. It was on me for not paying attention...but I did not pay attention because I was led to believe that I could not overdraw. That is my only complaint with NSSB. That aside customer service is great and there polite.”

“Never had an issue going into the branch in person; I prefer it as opposed to the drive-thru. Yes, it's busy on a Friday. Everyone's trying to cash their paycheck. I dislike that their forced, I assume by management, to greet you with a "welcome to huntington" upon entering. A simple hello or how can I help you normally suffices.”

“Regions Tower made my evening unforgettable. The Regions tower rooftop was the venue for one of my sorority formals. It was outstanding from start to finish. We had the venue from 7:30pm-9:30pm. When we arrived, the staff at the venue greeted us at the entrance, loaded us in the elevators, and then welcomed us into the rooftop space. The space for the venue was set up beautifully. Inside, there was plenty of soft seating, as well as a buffet of food that remained full of fresh food all evening long. The bar was also located inside, and the bartenders were incredibly nice and helpful. The space was definitely specialized for the needs of our event and felt like a good mix of elegant and fun. Outdoors, there was more soft seating, as well as outdoor games and room for a dance floor. The DJ booked through the venue was incredible and super interactive with the crowd. The view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning and was the best part. The sun was setting as we arrived, and the view of the surrounding Indianapolis area would be lovely for any event. I would 100% recommend this venue for any event being held in the Indianapolis area. The space is very customizable, and the staff was beyond nice and accommodating.”

“I am a 17 year retiree. I/we started using the Credit Union as soon as we realized we could, maybe 40 to 50 years, whenever it was offered. We have used it for home mortgage, several automobile loans, multiple accounts - savings and checking. It is so easy to get to online and if you have a question an actual person answers the phone and talks with you. Amazing service! In addition, money is so easily accessible at any credit union ATM. “Rarely does this branch appear to be staffed well enough to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Every single time that I have gone I have waited upwards of 30 minutes simply to deposit a check (can't do so at ATM due to my account type). Knowledgeable staff, but not timely service. I understand that this is more of a 'boutique' branch and not a teller shop like you would find in the suburbs but still.”
