Make sure if you have a loan with them you don't pay it early. Pay it a few days late instead of on time. They try to penalize you for paying a day before its due. Not a one time thing either. Who penalizes for paying too EARLY?

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Smug employees, up to and including the bank President Roger Cromer. We have both personal and business accounts and will be closing both. Treated very disrespectfully over a large deposit from an insurance claim. Even with verification they refused to credit our account and treated us like con artists. Don't waste your time on this bank.

Nothing like going to the bank to deposit money for my company and receive a receipt that has 5 times as much money that was in the account…. So I said something and she practically doubled down until I had to reiterate what the company was and insisted I didn’t have that amount in the account. So basically Crossroads Bank has a teller not reading deposit slips and is confident in handing money over to others without a care in the world. Yes, the situation was corrected but having to insist that it wasn’t the right account is bewildering. I have been growing weary of the branch for the past few years as it has been through more tellers and branch presidents than I can count. This is the straw that broke the camels back and I will be looking for a new banking institution.

The ladies in the drive thru always say Hi. Theu make deposits quick and easy. Their commerical loan officer I work with does a great job and is very responsive.

It could be 15 cars in the drive thru, it could be 2 cars. I wait for no less than 20 minutes every time. Constantly having to send my stuff back after explaining to them to what I needed or wanted done. It's like the just listen to bits of what you say and assume the rest.

This bank has went down badly since Mark retired. Hard to get ahold of any loan officers. One of the gals who answers the phone was as rude as they come. Used to recommend them for all banking needs but no longer.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life and I've been to war the women at the branch in North Manchester look down their noses at you and are very snotty and rude if that's how they treat people in real life and they obviously don't have very many friends I can't believe that I actually opened a bank account and they charged me $50 I paid to get treated disrespectfully

I use the offices in Columbia City and South Whitley. They have a competent and friendly staff providing that old 'home town bank' feeling where you are a valued customer and not just 'a bank account number'.
