Pros: Neil helped us fight an insurance claim to replace all siding, roof, and gutters. Once the crews were at our house, the work was completed quickly. We have had no issues with our roof or siding since it was replaced.Cons: Since this was an insurance job that Neil helped to fight, Neil got a large chunk of money up front. Once he received the money, we felt we were a very low priority. The roof and gutters were completed quickly first. We were told siding lead times were 12 weeks, it took 18 weeks to get siding completed. We understand lead time are long and out of Neil’s control, but after the 12 weeks came and went, the only communication we had was when we were were asking for updates.When the crew came to do the siding, they destroyed a hydrangea bush and scratched up our new black gutters. We were told the “finishing crew” would touch up the gutters. That never happened.We had also discussed replacing and painting trim in addition to the insurance claim and paying out of pocket for that. Our siding was completed in the beginning of August. Neil told us he was working on getting a crew out to do the trim. Weather was perfect in August and September and no one ever came after many prompts from us. Trim was never completed.It also took 14 weeks after our siding was completed, after many prompts, to have someone come back to hang up our shutters that were supposed to be replaced.

Neil at ClearCoat Roofing was fantastic! He came out met with the insurance adjustor on site and worked with the insurance company, providing anything they needed or requested. Signed up for the roof service plan, they sent someone out within a day, pointed out all the potential risks of my roof that is about 8 years old. I was not in a position to buy a totally new roof so they went over the alternative options for me, and now they have been out a couple times, have done some repairs and added the GONANO treatment to my roof. I have 15 year money back guaranteed on my roof now! Can not beathe price for everything, and the fact that no one else does anything like this makes this a very good company to work with! I recommend the to all my co-workers and whoever signs up, they tell them I referredthem and I get $200! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!Services: Roof installation

My roof was 30 yrs old! Didn't have any problems till this summer.Neil was very nice to work with and he worked out a payment plan I could afford.The roofers were great. They worked nonstop, cleaned up all the old shingles, etc. Cleaned up all around the house and deck.No problems!Highly recommend!Service: Roof installation

I called ClearCoat from their ad in the monthly Reach Flyer. Neil was notified, responded, and came to the property the same day. He did a full roof, and siding inspection on my house, and detached garage. He told me all the issues, and had me reach out to my insurance adjuster. He came out the same time the adjuster was here to help answer any questions. It ended up being a pretty extensive insurance claim that involved total roof, siding, and gutter replacement. The roof was an old wood shake, asbestos tile roof where all new OSB sheathing had to be installed. Neil had met me before the removal began , and explained the whole process. He responded by phone, and text quickly, and let me know when his crews would be arriving. The roofing, siding, gutter, and paint crews all done quality work, and cleaned up the work areas everyday. The outcome of all of their hard work is amazing, and brought a whole new life to this 1902 farmhouse. I rate Neil, and ClearCoat roofing as a 5 star company, would recommend , and use them again. Thanks Neil, and ClearCoat!!

He responded quickly, scheduled an estimate the next day, provided a clearly scoped and well-explained bid, and completed the work within two weeks. Hired this company to do some cedar wood siding repair a couple months ago. I chose them due to all the good reviews on here. Unfortunately the owner sent his 'B' team to do the job; perhaps because it was a fairly small job. I had to ask for a few spots to be redone a couple of times, and monitor the clean up lots due to trash and a few nails being left on the ground. Plus, communication was a little challenging due to non english speakers not clearly understanding. So had to reach out to the owner several times to clarify. As much time as I spent 'monitoring' their work, it turned into a 'job' for me as well. On the positive side, the owner is responsive to correcting issues and he did personally come out to finish the clean up. Also the siding repair does appear to be done properly at this time.

I called multiple businesses for a new roof and ultimately choose ClearCoat Roofing after speaking with the owner Neil. He was professional, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and help guide me through my roof replacement . Neil personally came to my house and demoed a few different shingle options by laying them on my roof to help me make my finalize selection.I put a deposit down on a Friday and they began putting on my roof on the following Wednesday.
