The store is clean and it looked like it was recently remodeled. I stop here on my way home from the airport.They have a lot of self checkouts and an employee on site to assist you. I was in and out pretty fast.I did walk the store and notice they had lots of sales and clearance items.I'll keep stopping by when I come by. This store is out of my way but if I was local it be my one stop shop.

THREE cashiers on new years eve??? REALLY??? this place treats their employees AND customers like trash. messy, understaffed, and a generally unpleasant experience. customers, a little extra kindness goes a long way for these tired over-stressed workers.

Meijer is a great grocery store but also have so much more to offer. Their bakery is awesome and I get all our cakes there. This was the beautiful and tasty chocolate raspberry cake for my wife’s birthday!!

Busy Saturday today. It was difficult to find good buys. I wanted pasta salad but can't justify paying $5.99 per lb. I settled for fruit packs, one marked down, cheesecake, and cottage cheese on sale. I kept it in budget. You really have to check the price on every single item. Gone are the days of saying you need xyz so just add them to the cart, at least for most households.One of the bathrooms had someone get sick in it. I told a cashier so she could call a custodian but she shrugged it off, she didn't want to hear it, she didn't want to be responsible for cleaning or reporting it, and literally told me I needed to tell somebody else, the U scan cashier said the same thing and told me to go to the service desk. I did go to the service desk. I also saw two managers walking the store with no name badges on to identify themselves so they wouldn't be bothered by customers. A lady at the meat counter couldn't get service for the fresh case because there was no one in sight.

Clean and open atmosphere. A lot of fresh options. Sadly, out of stock on most of the items I wanted. Staff was friendly and checked for back stock. Easy check out. The store is always busy and is open later than similar stores, which I appreciate. They do not appear to have staff shortages like others, which says a lot about the company in a positive way.

Review is for the bakery department. I placed an order for a custom cake online and noticed on my emailed receipt that the font color I selected was incorrect. I called the bakery to see if I could change it and was told that there is absolutely no way they could change the font color on the order and that I'd have to cancel my order and re-order the cake if I wanted to change anything. The online system they use is extremely tedious if you're making a custom cake and I didn't want to go through the process again so I told them to just keep the font color as is. It's extremely frustrating that there's nothing they can do. We'll see how the cake turns out when I pick it up in a couple weeks but I would not recommend ordering a cake from here.

I shop ,well no , I no longer shop in ____Lafayette ____I pick up ! What a joy . The web site for ordering is clear and easy . So far they have picked good items from produce and meat . The sales are good and rarely out of stock . The quality of their meat is very good . If you call you are directed to the right person quickly . It is my store for every day groceries. Much better than the competition who although pretty good I defy you to navigate their ridiculous web site .

Wow! What a store! Super clean inside the store. Not so much in the restrooms (there were two employees in there and neither were cleaning up). Notwithstanding, I’m giving it a five star rating because I am impressed with the store.Not crowded at all for a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. So much open space you don’t bump or run into other patrons!We went to the Cracker Barrel nearby and it too was not crowded. Is it because of the time of day? I wonder…In deli area they have a sushi stand. Freshly made! Talked to the chef there. Nice!They named the butcher area, Brother Butcher. ?Oh! And, I have never seen at a Meijer a count of recycled lbs. Interesting.

Shop here all the time and they do a great job keeping things clean and stocked. But every trip I find on my receipt items that have sale tags but the register doesn't acknowledge that sale price. I could understand it occurring on rare occassion but I find it at least 50% of my shopping trips. Getting tired of having to take pictures of every item I buy to then show customer service the pricing mistake. Sure, it's only a dollar or two but it adds up when shopping here weekly.

We are new to the area but Meijer shoppers in the past. This store has issues. While the Home side is tidy and appears to be in stock( don't look too close) the food side is bad. In-stock position is not very good. The end caps and stack outs are lacking any creativity and fullness. If it wasn't for the service vendors keeping their spaces full, the appearance would be bad. This store will take a sales hit big time when competitors open in the area.

I only have one major issue with Meijer, and I mean this is a deal breaker issue! There are NO Meijer stores in the South! We'd love to have you in Texas! We need a Walmart alternative. Please!!!

If I could give zero I would.There is an older gal at the self check out that has a nasty attitude. The past two times I’ve used self checkout she is there and both times have been unpleasant. This most recent time I got flowers from the “build a bouquet” area which the highest cost of flowers are $6.99 for roses. Unfortunately, the flowered I grabbed (NOT ROSES) had no tag. I went to scan them and realized there was no barcode, then the self checkout flagged me and I needed “assistance.” She comes over asking how much they were, I said the bucket I grabbed them from said $4-$5. She didn’t believe me and rang them up for $7, proceeded to walk over to the flower section then tell me they are actually $9. $9 for some silly flowers and I said “I’m not paying that much for flowers” she said “I rang them up for less so you’ll pay for them and walked off.$9 for some silly flowers that weren’t even a put together bouquet a florist would make.

Been going to this meijer since it opened and its really just gone downhill customer service wise. Anytime I need help locating an item there is never anyone around to ask. They do not honor incorrectly labeled prices either. Several times I have picked up items that are supposedly on sale only for them to ring up higher at the register. Before they would honor the incorrect sales tag and have someone remove the wrong tag but now they just say they can't change it and leave the tag up. Other meijer stores will honor it and so will other big box stores so i don't understand why its changed now. I would call the store director to voice my concerns but its also impossible to speak to anyone with the phone number they have listed.
