Hi everyone I am giving 21st Century Rehab- in Carlisle a 5 star. WHY. I have only had four visits and I can tell you just after 3 visits I feel so much better with my neck. I can turn my neck to my left without hurting. The TEAM is professional.They show compassion to each of us.

I had two total knee replacements and did my PT here at 21st Century Rehab, and was very pleased with my results both times!! The therapist here are very caring and knowledgeable at what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Matt remembers my previous problem areas and avoids movements that will exacerbate them. He strives to find exercises that can be replicated at home without the need to purchase extra items. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Our Carlisle clinic opened in 2008 and has been proudly serving the Carlisle community and surrounding areas since! We aim to provide exceptional care for a variety of services, including sports medicine, lymphedema, occupational health, TMJ & Headaches, as well as physical therapy services.
