Got a quote on what has to be done without insurance. Called them the next day with correct information. They said they would CALL ME, I had to call them. They didn't have appointments soon to just pull a tooth, said they would call me back. They still haven't. Not going to trust them with anything.

I give it 3 stars due to being neutral as I didn't have the luxury of entering the premises due to the doors being locked. Alot of others followed confused as I was. Top tier dental.

I had a great experience all around with Aspen dental i didn’t have to wait for an appointment the took me right back the staff was so nice and calming they had a tv to help with the anxiety and exsplained everything without rushing and had lots of payment options for me I’m so great full for the care I received

Staff/Doctor were very nice with good bedside manner. Everything went pretty good. Except while going into my procedure, not everyone was aware of my dental plan created of which then created some confusion on my end of things as well as the doctor’s. I was also not told of some different options. I ended up having to change my plan a bit which effected my billing as well. Maybe some better communication. But Overall a good experience!

I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. At 10:50 I left without being seen. I took a day off work and drove 50 miles for this appointment. If this is the way you run your office, I'll go somewhere else.

This place does not care about your appts. or you. Tell me why I had a fast appt set up for my initial visit which was in Feb this year 2023. I mean of course why wouldn’t they get you in quick so they can grab all that money from insurance for the scans. It’s an easy appt for them. After which I set up for simple services of teeth cleaning and a whitening for April but then learn and that I have to be rescheduled last minute so they bump me to June for a teeth cleaning and whitening bc they have short staff. Then my appt day comes for June and I had a feeling (because this company has been so horrible at keeping appts) that something might happen so I call and the lady at the front desk tells me I don’t have an appt that day because they’re system was wiped out all last month and they lost everyone’s appts. How is this my fault? Now my appt is moved again til July and it makes me wonder how serious people who prepay services are taken since I prepaid for this one and have been moved around. So you’re telling me it takes almost 6 months to get a simple teeth cleaning and whitening? I also had to put in my own PTO on these wasted days when they would last minute reschedule wasting my time off. Very unprofessional and don’t know how to run an office or schedule an appt. Front desk is horrible.I wish I could give negative stars.

Made a appt for 10 am for a cleaning they decided to tell me they didn’t have time for me and tried to rescheduled me for 2 pm not sure why they even made the appt waste of my time!

my mom had a appointment at 11:00 am 11:50 still not called on I went up to the desk to ask how long it will be she said just a couple minutes 12:10 20 minutes later she still wasn't calle.went back up to the desk and asked and they preceded to say she didn't have a appointment but she did we called yesterday and talked to them.she said when you call the calling center appointments don't get transferred over to the office that makes no sens.but I didn't use the calling center I called the office here yesterday.I asked how long it would be she said she go find out came back out she said it would still be a while I said no we can't wait we have to reschedule this was so bad really don't like this place and don't recommend it at all.

Man, my son needed two root canals. We're trying to get a referral from them and them and all these other companies did nothing but screw us around. I thought this company had better reputation here in cedar rapids but I guess I was wrong

This hasn't been a very good experience so far. I took my mother to an appointment yesterday was scheduled for 1 wasn't even called to the back for almost an hour. Our dental tech was amazing very professional and friendly. Waited to speak to the Business manager for about 30 more minutes. Took my mother home finally after 4 I called them to ask for a price quoted 3k. I asked the "business manager" about the new patient promo for $299 each informed she was unaware of that promo. Sent her a screenshot and called today with no return phone call. Great job all my mother wanted was to replace her dentures but a waste of time was all she got..... Update well after calling the corporate number below and a week and a half calling this business everyday being promised a call back with none I decided to call the location on 1st Avenue and i must say I can't believe this is the same company. The 1st ave location is amazing Terra, Pam and crew there are no words to express my gratitude to you all. Would never go anywhere else. Please do yourself a favor go to 1st Ave you wont
