Poor customer service. They said my vehicle was scheduled for install but wasn't. They lied about cost. Ended up costing $80 dollars more. Just a hassle.

Nothing but problems since I got this thing. They told me it would be $67 and change every month and now we're up to $74.85 every month. Not to mention double charging me and trying to say they didn't, even though my bank statement says different. They most definitely take advantage of people and make a bad situation worse!!!
